Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Planning to have a 30k budget whole na po sana with 1080p monitor.

pang com shop sa pinas un mga hindi rog style mineski style na shop ok na a6 gagana lahat ng online games dyan pati dota 2 wala din problema sa power consumption mag tanong ka sa a series thread dami shop na nag build dun pag nag intel ka lugi ka pag shop

pag i3-6100, malalaking shop na yan. kailangan mo pa paresan ng gpu. hindi naman nyan kakayanin ng igp lang. kung gt730 lang din ipapares mo, mag g4400 ka na lang. matutulog lang sa pansitan yung i3 sa gt730.

the problem is the price compare to A series karamihan ng shop owner d gagastos ng ganun kalakaki sa a6 palang na kaveri sulit na wala pa 3k at smooth din nman halos 720p below din un mga monitor na ginagamit un iba nga 1024 padin lol kasi di nman alam ng mga nag lalaro yan wala sila pake dyan basta makalaro lang ng wala lag ang sasabihin nila XD


a6 kaveri = 2.5k php
a8 kaveri = 3.650k php
intel i3 6100 = 5.450k php
intel g4400 = 2.7k php

kung titingnan sa price ang sulit sa intel is un g4400 pero hindi intel hd 530 gpu nyan hd 510

all effects off, textures and shadow high, 100% render, i3 6100 and a6-7400k are neck and neck according to shop owners. go to ulop forums and read flushfire's post. I bet if you crank up the settings, the a6-7400k wins. its cheaper than i3 and power consumption difference is negligible.

hindi kelangan ng a10 sa computer shop lol 2lad sabi ko a6 lang pwede pwede na un iba shop a4 lang gamit anu ba nilalaro sa shop dota2/lol/pointblack/elsword

cs go pambahay lang un d makabili sa steam un iba XD pero may shop na may CSGO smooth padin sa a6

and what do you think the performance of a10 against i3-6100 in gaming? all effects off, 0% render, both will hit 60fps then the i3-6100 wins in that regard but max settings, 100% render, the a10 will smoke the i3-6100. if you plug in a gt730 on the i3-6100 then again the i3 wins. but then again, a cheaper solution would be g4400 + gt730.

tdp doesn't equal power consumption. if that's the case, why is there a significant difference of an i5 that's is 88w against an fx that is 95w?
