[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Kng my budget ka mg gigabyte ka,,o asus,,,npansin k mas effective fastboot ni gigabyte kesa ky asus,,,asus at gigabye kc mobo ng pisonet k,,,

Ano nman spec. ng Server mo master,, naka CCBOOT kba,, ano ba magandang server ,, at ilang HDD dapat master

Good day, papatulong po sana ako sa pagbuild ng unit, ang budget ko po sana is within 20k.

Gagamitin ko po siya mostly for AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling and rendering kaya ang target ko po sana is:
Processor: i5
RAM: 8gb+
GPU: 2gb

Pero since di naman po kalakihan yung budget ko, ang plano ko po sana e upgradable na lang po yung unit, kahit sa susunod ko na lang po bilhin yung ibang parts base na rin po sa mairerecommend niyo. Yung HDD and case po ng current unit ko plano ko rin sanang gamitin muna pansamantala para mabawasan pa po yung initial expense. Yung RAM po nito is 4gb DDR2 lang tapos yung gpu naman is 9600GT lang po kaya di ko sure kung magagamit pa po yung mga yun.

Maraming salamat po sa makakatulong.

di kaya brod. i5 pa lang almost 10k na presyo. mobo, ram, psu pa... pwedeng drop mo muna GPU at saka mo na dagdag pag may extra 7k ka na.
wag na yang 9600 na yan. mas malakas pa yung built-in/integrated ng i5 kesa sa gpu na yan.

Pa suggest po ng motherboard para a10-7860k. Bmli po ksi ako kaso d pala pwd sa mobo ko dhl fm2+ pala ang need
Ung po sna mura lang and ddr3 ung socket pra d na po mag palit ram. Wla na budget

you have lots of problems with your setup
sempron? mukhang low end na, lumang luma pa... it can support newer gpu's pero talagang mahina na yung cpu mo
1gb RAM... di ka na talaga uubra ngayon sa ganyang memory. dapat 8gb ngayon. 4gb pwede pero makakaramdam ka ng lag at stuttering
32bit windows... memory management is just not as good as the 64bit version
geforce 220 = basura, get a newer generation GPU

atsaka... malabong ma-upgrade na yang system mo since napakahirap na maghanap ng parts para dyan. maybe 2nd hand sa tipidpc... pero kelangan mo double check sa motherboard manual mo about RAM compatibility.
mas mabuting pang bumuo ka na lang ng bago kesa problemahin mo pa yan

i think 4690k or 4790k na lang next possible upgrade mo atsaka malakas na cpu cooler para sa overclocking
kung swertehin ka, baka ma-OC mo up to 4.7ghz yung makuha mong CPU

guys ask lang po sana kasi ang gamit ko pong webcam ay A4TECH PK-838G ngaun po kapag inoopen ko ung webcam para maview ko ung image at marinig ko ung mic, naka max volume nung webcam mic at speaker ko, maya maya mayhumming sound at buzzing sound na papalakas ng papalakas na masakit sa tengga at may echo na matining ung tunog, kahit di ka nagsasalita ganun sya lagi eh, ano po kaya problem nun? salamat po

I only have 1600 x 900 Monitor. But planing to upgrade soon in 1080p Monitor.​

I guess I only have a couple of concerns sa build mo:
CPU: Heavy Triple A games need high frequency. pero you'll gain barely 10fps if you upgrade to a much more powerful cpu. your choice is passable
RAM/Mobo: 2 slot lang ang supported ng board mo and you won't be able to upgrade in the future unless you swap out both sticks. pwede siguro isang 8gb ka na lang then upgrade in the future for another 8gb. though 8gb is sufficient, darating ang araw na kakapusin na rin to.
