I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

kung cpu lang, i3 6100.. pero kung buong cpu system, i think maghanap ka na lang ng 2nd hand sa tipidpc. may mga nagbebenta ng ivybridge na i5 package.

yung case na pinili mo actually side panel lang yan. Tecware F3 Mini Tower Gaming Case usb3.0 (1,100)
motherboard mo pang-haswell. kelangan 100 series na mobo like ASRock H110M-HDV Micro-ATX (2,890)
yung RAM, i think makakatipid ka sa Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB Dual DDR4 2400 CL14 (2,490)
siguro dagdag ka na lang ng HDD in the future.

I guess I only have a couple of concerns sa build mo:
CPU: Heavy Triple A games need high frequency. pero you'll gain barely 10fps if you upgrade to a much more powerful cpu. your choice is passable
RAM/Mobo: 2 slot lang ang supported ng board mo and you won't be able to upgrade in the future unless you swap out both sticks. pwede siguro isang 8gb ka na lang then upgrade in the future for another 8gb. though 8gb is sufficient, darating ang araw na kakapusin na rin to.

planning to build something close to this, will an i5 6500 suffice for the 10fps that you're referring to?

Ito sir Demz. Nagpalit ako ng MOBO and RAM. Is this enough para sa Upgrade path?
Another concern ko rin po pala is ung Monitor ko. VGA po kasi ung Cable niya. Magagamit ko ba to sa GTX 1060 3GB? Please comment po.

di kaya brod. i5 pa lang almost 10k na presyo. mobo, ram, psu pa... pwedeng drop mo muna GPU at saka mo na dagdag pag may extra 7k ka na.
wag na yang 9600 na yan. mas malakas pa yung built-in/integrated ng i5 kesa sa gpu na yan.

Yun din po sana plano ko kahit integrated gpu po muna gamitin ko then pag nagkapera ulit tsaka na lang po ako bibili ng gpu. Tanong ko nalang po yung mga specs na swak po sana within 20k (not including hdd / case)

Sir para sakin po no chance for upgrade na yan. Masyado ng behind ung CPU mo, Pwede naman mag upgrade ng GPU pero hanggang GTX 750ti ka nalang, and medyo bottleneck na rin. Kasi old CPU na.

Better hanap ka ng 2nd hand mga 3rd Gen or 4th Gen na unit. Then upgrade nalang GPU.

get at least a 750ti for 5k. i couldn't recommend any new gpu na less than 5k ang presyo... it's just that their price is not worth the performance that you'll gain by adding another 1k. siguro hanap ka ng 2nd hand na gtx 660, 670, 760,770... or something along the lines na pasok sa presyong yan.

i don't think so baka around 5fps lang or less ma-gain mo from that upgrade. also, yung makikinabang nun mostly is yung mga cpu intensive games din.
yung extra kasi na yun nakikibang sa high frequency ng overclocked cpu ng 6600k at 6700k eh... they could easily reach at least 4.4ghz

parang 24" ang pinakamababa na 144hz
you also have to check kung nvidia or amd ang gpu mo para mapakinabangan mo yung g-sync/freesync technology nila to avoid screen tearing.

yung monitor hindi... walang vga port na yung mga bagong generation ngayon ng gpu. siguro hanap ka na lang ng converter/adapter para mapagana mo kung ayaw mo pa magpalit ng monitor.

mukhang sulit sa 5k yan... pero don't expect much of a performance out of the box. i think 2 lang ram slot nyan, at sana 1x4gb ang nakalagay... otherwise, palit ka ng 2 ram sticks. pero yung plano mong upgrade is good

5k + 7500 (1050ti) + 1,300 (1x4gb ram stick) = 13,800
also, better watch out for that PSU. mukhang generic lang yan. palitan mo rin within 2-3 months bago sumabog
