Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

Pc Build for my Black/Red theme rig
Yung mura, pwede Manila Pampangga, Subic or kahit sana na

edit: looking for cpu cooler for oc purposes.

Hi there!

CPU: Intel Core i5 8400 2.8-4.0ghz 6 Core Coffeelake
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 7
GPU: MSI GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X Twin Frozr 6
PSU: Seasonic Snow Silent 750 80PLUS Platinum 750W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4-3200
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i V2 Liquid Cooling
Casing: Corsair Crystal Series 570X RGB MidTower
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD
HDD: Western Digital WD Caviar Blue 4TB
CPU Fans: Corsair SP120 High Static Pressure

Thank you sa makakasagot.

regarding sa build, get the 8700k instead. higher clock speeds (5ghz) is still the best for gaming, lalo na kung 4k ang resolution mo. kahit yung 8600k pwede na.
you won't need a liquid cooler kung hindi "K" ang processor mo. kahit simplete hyper 212 lang pwede na
RAM is too much... you can opt for 16gb muna at reallocate ang budget sa processor... lalo na at napakamahal ng RAM ngayon.
SSD, get the NVME m.2 960 instead. around 3~4 times mas mabilis sa 850 evo.

again, depends on how much are you willing to spend
gtx 950 = 4500 (pchub clearance sale)
rx460 = 5k
gtx1050 = 5.6k
gtx1050ti = 7k (merong nagpost dito ng 6.5k lang)

hindi pwede
dapat may "K" yung SKU ng processor mo para ma-OC mo sya... but there was an exception to that...

Pwede pero i wouldn't recommend it. Waste of money in my opinion :noidea:
Hindi naman significant ang performance increase. A powerful video card would be a better upgrade kung gaming performance habol mo

hell, you can put a 1080ti on your rig
ang tanong lang naman ay kung may monitor ka that can make full use of a 1080ti's full capability
144hz, gsync, ultrawide 1440p monitors  pwede rin 4k

sa 1080p gaming, kahit 1060 6gb pwede na... 1070 is also overkill pero reasonable naman if you want to upgrade in the future

http://dynaquestpc.com/product/acer-xb241h-predator-24-144hz-1ms-g-sync-gaming-monitor/
