Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

malamang yung 970 kasi yun yung mas malakas ang performance

go for the newer r5 2600 instead.... tapos about sa RAM... gawin mong 2x4gb na around 3000mhz~3200mhz... you'll gain an extra 15%~25% performance. psu, pwede mong babaan to m12ii 520 instead... unless may balak kang maglagay ng 1080ti class in the future.

Amd Ryzen 5 1600 Processor Socket Am4 3.2ghz

when playing games in high~ultra graphics settings, the video card will be the main factor to consider... sa ngayon, wala pa rin akong balita na matino na ang optimization ng PUBG sa mga video cards. it is a ridiculously demanding game for whatever reasons the developer made it. with that video card, i doubt you can get decent FPS sa gusto mong settings. watch this video for your reference:

Pero gusto ko yung madali lang sana magupgrade to 1060 or 1070 and I5 8th Gen later.

Sulit ba ganitong board agad?

Or pa suggest na lang po ng rig 40k budget including standard 1080p monitor (75hz). 16gb ddr 4ram.

Yung pwede madali lang po sana iupgrade to intel 8th gen at 1060.

Thanks in advance

ask ko lang ok din ba tong Palit gtx 1050 ti stormx 4gb sir out of stock kc sa bibilhan ko yung MSI Geforce GTX1050 TI Gaming Videocard 4gb-128bit Pcie Ddr5?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-Core 12-Thread = 11040
Mobo: Asrock AB350 Pro 4 = 5060
RAM: 8gb (dual) ddr4 2666 Tforce Dark, Gray, CL15 = 5480
GPU: 2gb Asus GTX 1050 Phoenix 128bit = 7780
HDD: 1tb Toshiba 32mb 7200rpm hdd = 2100
PSU: EVGA 500BV, 500watts PSU, 80 bronze = 2440
Case: Tecware Nexus M TG = 1500

Total = 35,400

note: prices are from pchub's online price table. make sure to have your mobo's UEFI/BIOS updated to support the latest ryzen processors.

Salamat dito Sir!!
Any suggestion po for 1080p display.. ung affordable po sana.. thanks..

Need help (PC BUILD): budget 35-40K cpu only
For 3d rendering(High/6K Resolution), animation,Photoshop, video editing:

8th gen is also a dead end from what i've read... iba na namang platform ang gagamitin for 9th gen :noidea: or so they say :noidea:
h370 is weird chipset... it basically has the features of a z370 pero walang overclocking at sli support... pero di nalalayo ang presyo... i would suggest a B360 instead para mas mura... hardware RAID and extra sata ports lang naman ang notable features na meron ang h370 vs a b360 eh... kelangan mo ba nun? :noidea:
16gb of ram still costs around 10k + decent monitor na around 7k...

heto 40k build (lagpas konti) based sa gusto mo:
monitor: LG 23MP68VQ 23″ Frameless IPS Led Monitor vga hdmi dvi-d Freesync = 7650
case: Tecware Nexus M TG Black 3x120mm, USB3 = 1500
ram: GSkill Ripjaws V 16GB 2x8gb 2400Mhz CL17 = 9400
mobo: Gigabyte B360M D3H = 5500
cpu: Intel Pentium G5400 3.60 GHz CoffeeLake = 3540 (wala akong mahanap na G5600)
gpu: Palit GTX 1050 Ti Dual OC 4gb = 9980
psu: Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze = 2850

Total = 40,420.00

if aesthetics and a better fan doesn't matter to you, then walang problema :noidea: it's basically the same gpu underneath the cooler :noidea: baka nga makachamba ka pa ng mas magandang silicon at makakuha ng mas mataas na turbo OC

LG 23MP68VQ 23″ Frameless IPS Led Monitor vga hdmi dvi-d Freesync = 7650

merong starting at 5k
BenQ GW2270 21.5 = 5150
BenQ GW2270H = 5350
Dell 21.5 E2216HV = 5350
AOC 21.5 inch E2270SWHn = 5350
Viewsonic VA2261H = 5650
LG 22M47VQ = 5650

Need help (PC BUILD): budget 35-40K cpu only

i7 8700K
GTX 1050Ti

HAHAHAHAH :lmao:
CPU: i7 8700k = 19,150
GPU: Palit GTX 1050ti = 9,950 (cheapest model)
Mobo: z370 = +9k
cpu cooler: cm hyper 212x (2k) or AIO liquid cooler (5k)
RAM: 16gb 3200mhz = +10k
PSU: 600w true rated = +3k
SSD: 240gb (5k)
HDD: 2tb (3.6k)
case: 2k :noidea:

that's a rough estimate of the parts needed to build a balanced 8700k system... well, mahina pa nga yang gpu mo para sa 8700k eh... you should manage your expectations sa balak mong parts at sa pag-gagamitan mo. I would recommend that you consider a Ryzen R5 2600 build instead at baka magkasya ang budget mo. it's a also a 6core/12 thread cpu but costs only 11k :peace:

sir hnd kaya ako kakaposin sa power supply 520w lng ito po ksi qoute nung shop na bibilan ko. wala kc stock yung ibang item na suggest ng frend ko. iniisip ko kc pag nagkabudget bumili ng liquid cooler.

check mo to:
LG 23MP68VQ 23″ Frameless IPS Led Monitor vga hdmi dvi-d Freesync = 7650

most IPS monitors have good color accuracy. try looking for Dell branded monitors... mostly professional class ang mga display and color accuracy nila.

if you have doubts, use an online power supply analyzer. pwede mo rin subukan yung pcpartpicker na website. to give you basis:
cpu: 50w~150w (15w~35w on laptops)
mobo: 25w~80w (low end to high end)
RAM: 2~3w per ram stick
SSD: 0.6~2.8w
hdd: 5~9w per hdd
fans: 0.6w ~ 8w (depending on size and speed of fan)
GPU: 25w~350w (or more)

tapos, most s true rated PSU reach their maximum efficiency at 50~60% load... so basically, it would be best kung yung PSU mo ay around 2x than the computed system consumption.
