Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.


An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

And for your information yung Antec VP450 is also manufacturer by FSP. Antec ang brand but yung OEM is FSP. In that sense alam mo na agad na ok ang quality ng mga yan.

FSP Raider is one of FSP's recently launched lineup. Yung 450W variant nyan based on a review is seen to have 90% efficiency which is close to gold standard kahit labeled bronze lang sya.

i just wanted to add more headroom for the rig in the future, i checked, wala akong mktang nag bebenta ata ng 450w na raider. ung 550w lang.

btw idol, base dian sa rig setup na bngay mo skn, para sa future upgrades ng CPU and GPU, would a 500w be sufficient or kaya na ng 450w? or just to be safe 550w nlng?

Eto lang po pasok sa budget eh.. pero kung meron kayong trip na i recommend na chassis basta hindi lalagpas ng 2,500 ung price ok lang.. :D

Ok yan basta may cable management at nice air flow. Pero kung gusto mo ng medyo stylish, check this: Aerocool Strike X One, Emaxx Rebel M-ATX Gaming Chassis, pasok sa 2500 :salute:

sir alam mo bang sa stock hsf ng amd pwedi ka mag oc (hindi naman maximum ah)

pero sa stock ng intel no you can't kahit sobrang dami pang fan ng
case ko palo pa din sa 40-50c ang temp ko..

unlike sa mga amd na nirerepair ko kahit sobrang alikabok na ng fan 37-40c lang ang temp..

so kung usapang stock cooler kay amd ako..

Yung 450W that I mentioned ay for reference lang hehe. Ok na yung 550W for future upgrades if you can afford it otherwise ok lang din yung 450W for the build you have now.

Sir ShinniX aabot po kaya ang 4Pin cable ng Antec VP450 Sa Taas.. Kasi Bottom Mounted PSU Yan Setup Dyan Eh.. Sayang Naman Kung Hindi Abot Ung Cable... :noidea:

Aabot naman sya, mid-tower lang naman yan eh at tsaka halos bottom mounted psu mga nakikita kong chassis ngayon. Actually strike x one gamit ko at abot naman ang mga cables :D

sir. yung mga pc po ba sa computer shop mataas na po ba specs nun pero mura? ano po kayang pc ang mura pero pwede na ako makalaro ng high specs na games. yung mga latest na games?

Pag yung RAM ng PC mo more than 3 Gb yung memory, dapat 64-bit na yung OS mo para ma-utilize yung kung ilan yung total memory nung RAM. Hanggang 3.5 Gb RAM lang kasi kaya gamitin ng 32-bit na OS ng Windows.

sakin kasi 4gb pa lang un ram .. pero baka next week gagawin ko na 8gb :D sale kasi kingston sa pc express ngaun eh haha

minsan mahal minsan ok lang

like kanina .. iba un price ng mga nasa leaflets nila .. and un sa site iba price nun .. pag andun kana and sinabi mo cash mo bibilin ... may bawas pa un .. un i3 ng tropa ko .. 5.455 PHP pero nun nag bayad na nasa 5025 na lng ata
