I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Sir Genocide, tama, UPS nga 'yon. Nagtaka naman ako nung binack-read ko 'yung tinype ko at PSU ang nakalagay. :lol:

Sir, 'yung sa CPU na for MULTIMEDIA PURPOSES, actually, preferred ko 'yung sinabi ninyo na for "sound and video editing and for multi-tasking." So kapag ganyan po at 50k ang budget, ano mairerecommend niyo na build?

kaya intel ang nilagay kong build, because of its hyper threading..pero pwede rin amd..pero since may budget naman..intel na nilagay ko :) but im not saying na hindi pwede ang amd sa multi-tasking..ang habol ko lang sa intel is yung hyperthreading :) search ka nlng google if you want more info :)

ahaha, kung ako tatanungin mo..both builds na naibigay ko..all good for gaming + multi-tasking + multimedia..

well, kung ako..eh, isang build nalang gagawin ko para sa mga yan :)

Actually, naisip ko rin na isa lang ang gawing build. Wala lang, pauso lang ako. Gusto ko lang na maging dalawa PC ko. :lol:

ayan..for sure..no lag sa games..and video/graphics editing..and multimedia..multitasking..all good :) magtatagal pa yung build na yan..overclock mo rin onti ung processor kahit until 3.4GHz..

pero sa mga ganyan na build..recommend ko rin ang resolution ng monitor is 1650x1080 and above..para magamit talaga yung lakas ng graphics card :)

you may want to try this build that I suggested for my cousin and she's currently using it.. :sigh:

susundin ko nalang price sa pchub dahil mas mahal ang bili ng mga parts nung june. so yeah

Processor: Intel Core i7 980X - $601.00 > 25,722.80 PHP (di ko alam price nito ngayon since galing at bili sa ebay tong procie na ito last June at nabili ng ganito kamura. huling tingin ko ng price ay 54k pa.)

Sure bang naka Lucid Hydra yang MSI Big Bang-XPower :)

as far as I know Asus Corsair IV Extreme, MSI Big Bang-Fuzion, MSI P55A Fuzion and MSI 870A Fuzion are the ones equipped with Lucid Hydra :)

wala na akong gaanong updates kaya medyo mali na ang pagbibigay ko ng parts since nakuha ko na yung build na gusto ko. :) para sa mga in need ng mga high end parts, magbabasa uli ako para maibigay ko mga ultimate rig dipende sa budget.

gusto ko po bumili ng bagong HDD (for storage lang).. bale yung current HDD ko yung gagamin kong primary

anu po ba magandang brand?

seagate? samsung? or western digital?


malaki po ba yung difference sa performance ng 7200RPM sa 5400rpm na hard drive???

bale yung pinagpipiliaan ko po yung 1TB WD black o kaya yung 2TB WD green (5400rpm) or 2TB samsung (5400rpm)

mas mura kasi yung 5400 rpm...

anu po sa tingin nyo??

all brands are good..
the difference between WD Black and WD Green is speed and power consumption..though hindi ko napapansin ang difference masyado ng 5400rpm sa 7200rpm and little ang difference rin ng power consumption..try looking at their website if you want.. http://www.wdc.com/en/products/index.asp?cat=3

if ako sayo..WD Caviar Green ang kunin ko..since i think you're not into benchmarking or watsoever naman.. :)

pabuild po ulit kasi po yung branded casing n available sa enigma dto sa olongapo e gigabyte poseidon lang and triton 180. 24k yung budget po, cpu and monitor, ok lang po kung hndi branded yung casing, isusunod ko nlang yun.
