Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.


An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

GAming rig na po iyan , pero not really recommended na i on for two days sayang ang video card kasi Malakas sa electricity po.

usage: gaming online and offline sir..ung pede i high ung graphics..

Processor: meron na ako amd athlon 64 x2 5000 sir..pero old na kasi un..papalitan ko na lng ba?

MoBo: ung affordable lng sir..bsta compatible sa processor at for future upgrade..

RAM: 4gb DDR3..ok na ba un sir? kung sakali, anu po brand?

Video Card: mas maganda ba ATI sir? kung sakali, anu brand po? more or less 5k po sna...

Hard disk: ung old nlng gamitin ko sir..next time nlng ako mag upgrade

Power supply: bsta compatible sa monitor and video card sir..

Casing: ung nakita ko sir, my 650W PSU with jumbo fan 120mm PHP1600 sya..

Accesories: anu lng ba importante na acce sir? performance lng kasi habol ko...hehe..:D

Naku sir di po kaya ng 15k for a high graphics with today games

Palit lahat po except for hard drive (assuming its sata) kung hindi SATA bumili ka na rin.

DDR3 Kingston 1200
HEC PSU 1900
Case Generic 1200
Video Card GT 440 128 bit 4800

Total 14 to 15k

If dedicated video card mo better buy a branded PSU!?
Wag po iyang nag suggest sa inyo na 650 watts generic with big fan.

cge sir...maraming thanks..at nahit ko na din ang thanks button..anyway sir, gawin kong 18-20k ang budget...anu ang pede ko idagdag jan sir o palitan? magiging X4 ba ung processor and mas high end ang Video carD? one more thing, branded na ba ung HEC sir? :D at ilang watts po? TIA sir....more power to you..

P.S. CHIMEI 18.5" 96VD WIDESCREEN LED PHP4,100 - yan pla ung nakita ko na monitor sir..ok lng ba yan?

sir help po magtatayo kc ako ng shop eh.,..ngayun diko alm anu bibilhin kong parts..sa enigma sana ako bibili eh,,,10k lang budget ko per unit kc magtatayo ako ng shop..6 pc sana.. yung pang computer shop na sana help nmn to choose best pc..salamt po

oo pde yan basta ok yung air ventilation para d magoverheat kasi hnd gnung kaganda yung heatsink na kasama ng llano eh tpz yung video card bkt 6770? wala ka bang balak gamitin yung gpu ng llano? kung may balak ka mag 6670 ka nlng kasi magcrocrosfire yung gpu ng llano dun sa 6670

Pa set up naman po CPU lang w/o optical.
8-9k lang po budget ko di kasama Monitor.
ung maganda loading at graphics para sa mga Online games.
ung Motherboard na may mgandang GPU lang sana.
at khit mababang proccesor lang pero maganda loading performance (AMD if possible)
kung kaya ung branded na PSU sana,tska kahit di mo na isama ung HDD kung hindi kaya ng budget.

magakano ba budget sir para sa casing?

as of now sa specs ayus pa ang generic psu, pero hindi talaga ito nirerecommend since hardwares mo ang concern dito lalo na kung maadd ka na ng dedicated graphics card.:thumbsup:
