I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Para sakin yung AMD, siguro ang palitan na lang yung RAM. Instead of 1x4gb gawing dual 2x2gb

usually running apps(sabay-sabay) po, ym, 2 browsers at remote desktop, ms office(word & excel), pdf files, minsan na download pa ng apps & movies...
tapos kpag nabagot sabay na rin yung online game ko...

tanong : compatible po ba yung specs ko?
ok lng na minsan 3-4 days d nashutdown yung pc?
kaya po ba ng PSU na 600watts(risc, yung murang brand lg po) ang mga ito?
plan ko po mgdagdag ng another 4gb, please po i need ur opinions kung ano dapat idagdag/ipalit para po maayos ang takbo ng pc ko...so far po d pa namn ngkaproblema kaya lang d ako sure kung may mali ba or dapat palitan habang wala pang nasisira...TIA...

^I think your build is ung mga build na pre-build sa mga shops. Wala or Hindi advisable ang 2400 and h61 motherboard. then di mo din mention kung ano gamit mo PSU.

if di nagsshutdown pc mo, you need a good psu. FSP Aurum 500w is a good choice.

Also consider yung airflow ng case mo. Also adding a nice hsf is a must.

Remember na heat builds up so dun nasisira ang mga components.

On adding 4gb, yup 8gb is necessarily nowadays sa mga poweruser. If you can buy one, then get one.

Pero the most common na malaki sana tulong sayo if you did buy a 2500k and a p67 motherboard. Why? Para maoverclock mo to around 4.5ghz using stock voltage ang processor.

I, myself uses my PC for 10days straight. Then poweroff for 5hours. then ready na ulet.
Just consider my advices. 1st. decent PSU, 2nd. Airflow case, 3rd. HSF

Kung mababa budget mo, at least dagdagan mo lang ng konti budget mo sa VCard para sulit kasi ddr3 lang ang HD6570. One step higher gddr5 na, dagdag lang ng mga php500. Yun nga lang assembled na ba yan?

For AutoCad at Photoshop use..

saan ba mas OK? Amd or Intel Build?

Sir heavy user ka ba ng Autocad and Photoshop?
If yes, kulang po ang 15k.
If not, if naguumpisa ka palang then we can find a way.

First, more cores on autocad is a must. So pede ka kumuha ng athlon II x4 and an am3+ motherboard (asrock 880gm-le)
More ram on rendering < a must! 2x4gb if kaya, its aroung 2500 pesos. Kingston ang brand. then here comes the vcard, if you're rendering graphics at 18.5" or 1366x768 resolution then 7750 is enough na.
PSU - again 500w is enough. FSP or Antec is a nice choice.

Actually meron na nga akong rig na gusto ko. Gusto ko lang sana malaman opinion nyu dito kung compatible ba to lahat at baka me maganda pa kaung mai-suggest na mas okay na parts close to the price range ng bawat isa.

Tsaka ung Board ko kung ma-maximize ko ba ung cpu ko dyan specially kung i-overclock ko.

Ito pala yung kakayanin ng budget ko, sulit na kaya to?

1st and foremost, hindi compatible ang A75 Pro4 sa FX4100. Why? kasi fm1 socket yung A75 and FX4100 is am3+

2nd on overclocking, you need to consider your PowerSupply dahil dun manggaling lahat ng power to your motherboard and other components. Considering power hungry ang mga FX series ng AMD aka Bulldozer. So you should have atleast 500w decent PSU.

On ram, get atleast 2x2gb para magamit mo ung dual channel memory bandwidth.

On PSU - FSP, Antec, any 500w from those brands are good.

No videocard?? If wala pa, you can save for 7770 for 2months, that time bababa na ang price nun close to 6k.

Wrong processor, for 7895, close to 8k. Ipon ka pa ng konting 1,500 pesos for 2500k. So if nag 2500k, you must have a p67 motherboard, Asrock and Biostar is the brand for decent board not sacrificing budget.
ram - Yup better than 2x2gb. Pero kung kulang budget mag 2x2gb ka muna, then lagay mo muna ung budget sa motherboard.
Then on other parts, ok na lahat.

Pa help naman mga boss..

Kakayanin ba ng 600w Generic PSU yung ATI Radeon 6670 DDR5? yan lang kase kaya ng budget ko at wala pa kong pambili ng PSU.

maybe your friend is referring to an APU (AMD's CPU-GPU on one die) Yung APU build is ung 2nd you reffer. Further, 15k ba ang budget mo (exclude the monitor) ? San mo pag ggamitan?

Please share your details para mas maganda ang build na magagawa naten for your value of money.

And by the way, di na po advisable ung 250 of AMD Athlon X2. Since mas malakas pa ung Intel Celeron Dual core on common applications. (price: 1900)

For vcard, pede naman sa susunod nalang to. Why? Pag bumili ka ng 2000 pesos na vcard, for sure in the long run magsisisi ka. Wait for the 7750 na magmatured ang price. For sure it will go down ng mga 4k.

Just remember, be wise kung san mo ilalagay ang budget mo. Wag po lagi magmadali if pede naman sa susunod ka bumili ng videocard.

Sirs please recommend basic config gaming PCs specs na future upgrade-able para internet shop.

Budget is around 15k each excluding monitor. I can consider spending a little bit more (say another grand or two) kung ang benefits exceeds the additional outlay.

Preferably upgrade-able ang configuration dahil limited lang ang aking budget sa ngayon. I plan to buy improvements later on when budget allows and the price of a specific upgrade saturates.

Mahirap na po makahanap ng same socket mo. Sa mga 2nd hand computer parts. Pero I wont do that kasi mas mapapamahal na ang gagawin.

Advise: Sell your remaining parts at 2nd hand price. Add a little more money, then invest on a new desktop.

Hmm. Pede sir. pero not advisable, nagiging cpu and gpu demanding na mga applications ngayon kaya need mo sumabay. If you invest now on little budget, on long term kaw din ang talo dahil you need to upgrade para punuin mo ung demand ng mga games and mga clients mo.

And sa 10k budget for sure ang masasacrifice ang PSU. I must say halos lahat ng comp. shop sacrifice ang PSU di nila alam ano ang nagiging problem on long term. Like in a year, sira na agad motherboard.

First and foremost, i5-2500k is a processor na sobrang dali mag overclock. Kaso you seems na di mo alam ang right compatible board on it. Pumipili ka ata ng cheap board para ipartner mo sa 2500k. Mind you, pag cheap board pinili mo for sure tusta ang board pag inoverclock mo.

Advice motherboard : Asrock p67/z68 Extreme3 Gen3 = 6310/ Asrock Z68 Pro3 Gen3 5780

^yan na ung cheapest board na p67/z68. Hindi po pede pang overclock ang h61 chipset.

Then pag bili mo ng motherboard, need mo pa ng videocard, Para masuffice ang demand ng i5-2500k para di maging bottleneck.
Buy atleast a 7770 around 6,950pesos.

Then PowerSupply, dahil generic ones are a no-go. FSP Bluelighting 500w nasa 2100. depends nalang if you want to go to other brands pa. Basta true-rated.

Then for ram, and 2x2gb g.skill. or kingston. (take note: they should be 2x2)


Going on Intel i5-2500k, mataas na specs na pero dapat maging balance ang mga remaining parts. Dapat kasi sumabay ang videocard. Hopefully naintindihan mo ung mga sinabi ko.

And if malapit ka lang sa SM Manila or SM Southmall, Pede ka pumunta sa seminar and event namin. All are invited po and its free.
