[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

TS.. pa build nmn ako ng cpu lng. ggmitin ko xa more on hardcore gaming and programming.

which is better? AMD or Intel?
maganda din ba asrock? quality nya is like gigabyte,msi or asus din?
prefer ko sna 4 slot ung mem module.. budget is around 40-50k.

anu advantage ng crossfire? thnx

ung ready na rin for overclocking pero ndi mxdo mskit sa kuryente.. thnx

pwede po bang palitan itong mother board ko? HP PAVILLION a6640d po ito. 2009 ko pa ito binili. sana po may sumagot sa mga bihasa sa computer. ingat.

Up ko lang po ulit.. Bibili na po kami ngayong 9am sa PCHub Gilmore.. Sana lang mabigyan nyo ko ng setup.. Mahirap magsetup dun mis mo eh..

Boss, kung monitor lng ang kulang mo... madali lng yan... hanap ka nlng yung mura na atleast 19' or 23' either LED or para mura kahit yung normal LCD na wide.

sir, need ko lang po ng advise, gaming rig setup po, and prices na din po sana kung pede? Kasama po lahat pati yung case, tyaka magandang shop po na pedeng bilin yung mga parts?

bale dalawang 2gb siya

RAM is computer
memory that holds instructions and
data. When the computer is
switched off, the contents of the
RAM are lost. It's just like a
calculator- switch that off and you
lose the contents.

2x2gb memory means 2 pcs of 2 gigabate memory value of 4gb...

It helps lotly sa progress ng speed ng cpu..

Di ko kasi alam kung puede ung strike x ng aerocool eh..

Ung transparent ung siding tapuz may ilaw ung fan... Good ventilation..

Tawagan mo muna yung PC Hub kung may stock na sila ng 7750 para may heads up ka in case na wala parin. Last na punta ko more than a week ago eh wala silang stock.

Mag 1600 ka nalang na RAM onti lang difference sa price

nakatawag na ko. Wala nga daw sila 7750. Hanap na lang kami sa ibang store dun sa gilmore..
