I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Generic psu po yung kasama sa xolo chasis. Gumamit na ko dati ng generic psu at heto ang difference sa branded or true rated psu
1.overrated kung maglagay ng label ang generic (700w pero in reality wala pa sa kalahati nyan)
2.mababa ang Amperage nya sa +12v rails (12A) compared sa corsair ko na (42A)which is doon kumukuha ng power ang gpu at processor.
3.bagsak ang ripple and noise level nya meaning di stable flow ng power
4.mababa or cheapo ang capacitors at wires nya

Subukan mong gumamit ng generic psu sa fx 8350+r9 290 tas ifull load or stress test mo yung system sigurado sunog ang psu mo. Kung mamalasin puputok pa yan. Haha!
Bottomline: Wattage is not everything!

About sa ups, di ko alam kung maganda ang quality ng ezcool mas maganda kung maginvest sa branded like APC brand.
Sa monitor naman. Check mo po reviews online pero I always suggest na ips panel kunin mo sir.

Nakabili na ako ng mga parts D available R9 280x sayang (
Stick to GTX 960 na lang, d na rin ata ako mag 1080p na monitor hehe.
Question: Kelangan pa bang isaksak sa AVR yung sa PSU (Corsair VS550)? or direcho na sa saksakan.. lumang luma na kasi yung AVR na nadito baka sumabog hahaha pero gamet ko pa naman ngayon (problema lang eh hindi maioff yung switch. matic na pag binuksan e naka on & 10 years na ata to ), kaso nga lang baka mabigla dun sa new assembled PC. Thaaaaaaaaanks.

corsair vs550 din gamit ko 2yrs na la pa palya. hehehe... maganda din kase yang kay evga. maganda specs sheet at reviews. kaw po bahala kahit alin sa kanila.

Btw ang gagawin ko sa mall na lang ako bibili ng parts (w/c is sila na oorder) para makatipid ako sa shipping. Tapos sila na rin daw mag assemble. Pano ko kaya ma eensure na tama ang parts na nilagay nila at hindi napalitan? (may libre os/games kasi pag sila nag assemble)

sir permanent ban pa build naman. please. mga 15k to 20k budget yung pwede ko pa upgrade pag nagkapera. for high end gaming. TIA.

Ayon sa mga nababasa ko sa internet halos same performance lang daw ang hyper 212 at h80i, di ko pa natry h80i pero bala ko mag palit ng cooler.. Siguro 2-3c difference pero di ko alam kung worth yung price difference nya para dun.

pano kung xigmatek dark knight?or deepcool captain 120..anu mas maganda sa dalawa? 400php yung difference nila.
