I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

mga sir matanong ko lang po ano pong magandang upgrade ng video card from Palit GTX650 1G 128bit DDR5.. (Non-Ti)

balak ko po sana kasi is Palit GTX 750 Ti Storm X Dual. worth it po ba un? or meron pa po kayong other recommended video cards around 6.5k-7k..

gagamitin ko po siya for Autocad, and Sketchup V-Ray Rendering and some latest games po.

thank you.

bakit kapa mamimili since parehas naman 1080p yan kahit 70 inch ata tv mo basta 1080p kaya ng card mo. so go ka na sa 25"

Kasi daw pag mataas ang screen size tapos mababa resolution, malabo ung picture

The correct term is PPI, or DPI sabi ng iba.

Mas mataas na PPI mas crispy ang image.

1920x1080 in progressive sa 21.5" will have 102 ppi
with same reso. sa 25" it will have 88 ppi.

same is true in cellphone, sa iPhone 6s plus = 1080 x 1920 pixels (~401 ppi pixel density)
sa samsung galaxy S6 =1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density). omg! :)

yes, if you prefer clear image.

pero distance is also a factor. kasi hindi mo na mapapasin yan, pag medyo may distansya ka na sa dalawang monitor.
In my humble opinion, 25" is more OK on 1meter distance and above, and 21.5 is better on distance below 1meter (distance form eyes).
