[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.


also please put your requests in this format:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

950 na, para kung sakaling mag palit ka pa ng monitor with 1080p reso maganda pa rin

ask ko lng pde po bang mag sync ung 8gb and 4gb memory even though magkaiba ng brand as long na parehas ng speed? magkakauntugan kaya silang dlawa? kasi may heatsink ung gkills ko na 8gb 1866. dagdagan ko sana pa pang dual channel. any suggestion?

evening po sir, tama lang po sir ung 4170 nya sa price, kakabuo ko lang ng cpu 4170 din akin, nasa 8900 po yang 4460 mo kay pcex, san mo nabili yan sir?

dito sa Japan sa Tsukumo. bale 2 lapad kasi sya so convert ko kung 35php 7k din pala.

suggestion ko... instead na 3260, mas maganda yung 3258... overclockable at mas maganda performance. dagdag ka ng around 1k
yung HDD, gawin mo ng 1TB, dagdag ka lang ng around 500

iimport mo pa yung add-on card, then bili ka lang ng kahit anong desktop class GPU na pasok sa budget mo

wala ka na ba makita tulad nung una mo? may timings kasi yan sir dapat same pa sila para di magkaroon ng error, kaya advise lagi nila mas ok identical kaya ginawa ng iba naka KIT na for dual channel kasi identical talaga un

different density is fine. whats important is the timings, frequency and maybe voltage. it would be better to check your rams model. get the same model even if its just 4gb. that will still total you 12gb. you should have no reason then not to share 2gb to graphics. remember, check the whole timings. there are cl9-9-9-28-2t and cl9-10-9-28-2t. check your rams website.

install ka sir directx9, dapat kasama na nga yan sa game na lalaroin mo kung dx9 pa sya, kung wala download mo lang

Just like what sir vheryoness said, install dx9. You can download a web-installer directly fom Microsoft website simply by clicking here.
