I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.


also please put your requests in this format:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Sir first time ko pong mag bbuild, mas makakatulong ba kung modular psu nlng bilhin ko? malaki po ba difference sa price ng modular at non-modular?

sa seasonic na brand, 500 lang difference ng modular vs non-modular. tutal, wire lang naman pinagkaiba nila. most experienced PC builder choose modular PSU's because of cable management and aesthetics. mas madali gamitin ang modular kasi pwedeng hindi mo ikabit ang mga cable na hindi mo kelangan.

-may 1tb hdd na po (old pc ko)
-kb and mouse meron na din (a4tech )
-psu antec 450w (kung pwede pa magamit o buy na ng bago from old pc)

-with monitor na din po sana (recommendation)
-ok ba yung rx480 8g?

heto brod. mababa lang resolution ng monitor (1600x900) since kailangan ko pagkasyahin yung i5 at rx480 8gb sa build mo.

Okay lang po ba yung Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm SATA3?

Pinagpipilian ko kasi kung mag toshiba ba ko or wd caviar blue e. Yung toshiba kasi 32mb cache lang tas yung wd caviar blue 64mb cache. Based sa sinearch ko, di rin naman daw yun mararamdaman so okay lang naman yun. Tas may mga nabasa din kasi akong negative feedback sa wd caviar blue kaya lumipat ako sa toshiba.

Mas mura din kasi toshiba 1tb kaya yun nalang kaya?

first of all salamat po sa mga master natin para i guide tayo...
now.. need to upgrade my pc since set po ito from 2011 pa
and ung mga bagong games ngayn cant catch up na ng pc ko
but busy na din po ko sa school.
need to build po ng new..since wala po ko trabaho pero nakakaipon naman po
umpisahan ko po muna sa mobo
since busy,dota 2 lang po talaga nalalaro ko na...
anu po kaya magandang set for dota 2 high set 55-60fps
budget ko po syempre ung pinakamura na pang high set sa dota ...
again salamat po ulit mga master at sa symbianize salamat

PS referred ko po sana is 1366x768 lang (kaya lang ng monitor)

Sir gsto kong game lang naman high end dota2 at nba 2k17. As of now meron akong AMD Athlon II x2 250 processor. 6gb of ram. Hauntkey 500watts PSU. Sapphire amd radeon r7 250x.

if cable management is your problem, buy a case with psu shroud. that will hide all your cables.

no matic opening na ung monitor ko kay Palit GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5, pag boot ng OS, Win7 64bit, 8GB Ram, i3 4170, asus H81M-D mobo, baka alam nyo po sagot, diko makuha ung sagot kay google kakakalikot, bago ako pumunta kay dyna for warranty pa sya untli Dec 2016, thanks mga sir for your help

how many times pindot on and off si monitor hanggang mag open standby ang monitor then working na, nag uninstall nako ng driver at download new driver ganun parin, try onboard ok naman, onboard ok rin sa monitor, palit monitor narin ako no luck na ung video card.

kahit mag surge protector ka nalang sir, ok na yun..same PSU gamit ko ngayon and its all good naman..
