I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

there is a misconception na tahimik ang mga AIO liquid coolers... though maganda nga at hindi ganun kaingay at kabilis ang mga fans dahil sa efficient heat transfer ng tubig, pag nilakas mo yung fans para sa radiator mo to 100%, there will be noise (on some crazy, rare scenarios)... tapos dagdag mo pa yung ingay ng pump, which is noisiest part of the AIO liquid coolers... but it's still not that bad
yung mga noctua fans, yun, tahimik yung mga yun.

Doon sa video na na-provide niyo boss tungkol sa mga cooling fans, yung Noctua yung pinakamagandang price to performance value. Naisip ko na yun na rin yung pipiliin ko.

Okay lang ba na NF-F12 yung ilagay kong case fan? 120MM lang. Tapos oks lang kung di ko na lalagyan ng CPU cooler yun G4560 kasi hindi naman sya masyado mainit no?

Yung GPU na lang kulang ko at fans baka sa susunod na linggo ma-assemble na ang PC ko!

rich boy? wtf?
kung hindi ka rich boy, you should have opted instead on either a h110 or b250 mobo (4k and below) and an i5 or lower.. not a z270 mobo that costs more than 7k and a cpu that costs around 15k
i am well aware of the power consumption of those parts, I just suggested them kasi high end yung parts mo. tapos, you are comparing the power consumption of flagship product, i.e. cpu and gpu, against a mid/mid-high tier version. of course mas makakatipid ka sa mid-tier both on direct cost and power consumption. pero how about the performance? pareho ba? maybe the cpu, you'll barely get around 10% better performance pero yung gpu, malaki ang difference.
multi-tasking is different from multi-threading... maybe you should learn that too.. its related, but there are differences... and those differences make use of those additional threads.
well, if you are not into OC, bakit ka kumuha ng Z mobo? if you are not going to use its extra PCIE lanes, extra SATA ports, hardware RAID, m.2, etc, then you just wasted your money... tapos hindi ka rich boy...
cooler, i was just suggesting that there are better coolers out there. kahit di ka mag-OC... less than 2k but will reduce your temps to 60degs or less even at 100% cpu load
case is purely aesthetic and serves barely any function... I'm just suggesting that there are better cases for your build. hell, kahit ikabit mo lang sa sa plywood yan as long na functional eh.
I have no idea of what are you actually doing with your computer since you didn't mention it other than "multitasking". pero if you want to save on your electricity bill, then why not opt instead for a low power G4560 build? if operating without any CPU and media streaming lang function nya, wala pa 200w ang entire power consumption mo.
be a little open-minded to suggestions and not take it personally. if you want us to understand why you chose those parts, then you should have explained it in detail.

Heres the story, Wala pang isang buwan sa kanya My friend upgraded his build so siguro dahil binigyan ko siya ng payo na mag 2011 set up na lang dahil nga rich kid din haha.
After that he sold me the z270 and i7-6700 just for 9k
Hays you must learn talaga kung walang budget beware sa G4560 gpu is not good, instead go for a8-7600k, all in you have 4cores good ghrapics pa
Anyway baka type mo, benta ko na sayo bundle for 18k haha. with 2months remaining shop warranty at meron pang a year distro para mkabili na ako ng ryzen hehe. Kelangan ko talaga ng more cores sa araw araw kung gawain

now that you've mentioned na nakuha mo ng magandang deal, it now makes sense.
wala ka kasing sinabi eh. my comments were based on a brand new build from scratch.
and if i need to learn more, then point me in the right direction
since wala ka pa rin sinabi kung anong pinag-gagawa mo sa computer mo why you need more cores/threads... i still don't get it. sinabi mo lang multi-tasking
and no, I am not interested in a skylake build. its barely 10% faster than my current setup (i7 4790)... which i don't need for my work and games.

about g4560 vs a8-7600k... i won't recommend a 5 year old system that's phased out sa pagbili mo pa lang... no support for new technology. besides, lagyan mo lang ng gpu, it's comparable to an i3 already.

i do apologize if i took your comments personally. i just got offended for whatever reason.... lasing ata ako at that time

Mga Idol seeking for advise lang, planning to upgrade kasi ng VC. 1080p gaming. budget is max 11k can consider lower cards better than 1050ti.
RX 480 Sapphire Nitro + OC 4GB Likes: backplate design, power pin on side, prefered Sapphire, less power hungry than rx580
RX 580 Gigabyte Auros 4GB Likes: Upgraded version of RX 480 for same price range

My current Specs:
Mon: Benq GW2260 1080p TN 60hz
CPU: i5 4460
PSU: Seasonic 620W

may tanong lang ako, napabili kami ng pc sa pc express.. nagtanong ako sa nagassemble kung pwede ang windows 7 sa pc ko? ang sabi ng staff sakin mahihirapan na daw mainstall yun, dapat daw windows 8, 8.1 or 10.. ang motherboard ay msi h110m pro vh plus tapos intel pentium g4560.. may nakita ako sa youtube na working ang g4560 sa windows 7, gusto ko lang po maklaro bago ako maginstall ng OS, kasi hindi ako naniniwala na hindi gagana..

Kabylake kasi sir ang G4560 and sabi nga ni sir themonyo

windows 7 ang may issue sa skylake at kabylake... mahirap install... both sata and usb drivers have troubles during installation.

ayaw mo ba ng Win10 sir? okay naman sya sa gaming sir hehe.

ah may problema pala talaga kabylake sa 7, ok sir thanks sa pag clarify, meron akong windows 10 kaso 32 bit lang wala akong 64-bit hehe, ang nasa dvd-rw ko ay 7 haha.. gawan ko nalang ng paraan sir, maraming salamat!

help naman po, I am planning to upgrade my PC for office work (multiple chrome tabs, MS excel sheets etc.) and for not so gaming kasi DOta, CSgo , Rust lang nilalaro ko.
eto po specs ng old PC ko ano po kaya pwede gawin dito haha ung mas makakamura mas maganda po. Ty in advanced.

pwede gumana ang win7 sa skylake at kabylake... if you think you are good enough to find the work-around and fix the driver issues, then go ahead
but i think its not worth the hassle
win10 works much better nowadays
atsaka madali lang naman gumawa ng bootable flash drive ng win10. download ka lang ng media creation tool nila. select your preferred OS setup, then wait for it to finish downloading and setting up the flash drive as bootable.

bakit mo papalitan mobo? do you need a specific feature of higher end mobo like hardware RAID? more RAM slots? more sata ports? upgrading your mobo will not give you any performance increase. you'll just get more I/O, etc. update mo na lang BIOS... tapos CPU palitan mo to a G4560 parang naka-i3 ka na.
PSU, i would recommend a Seasonic S12ii (or m12ii for modular) 520w.
GPU, hhhmmm... kung not for gaming, you really don't need a GPU... pero i would recommend the following for a certain price range:
less 5k = gefroce 750ti
5.2k = amd rx460
5650 = geforce 1050 2gb
tapos, add an SSD as your boot drive for better overall system responsiveness
