I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

sa kasalukuyan po ay mostly gaming lang talaga ang rig ko, with the occasional AutoCAD(3D) on the side, and nakalimutan ko lang po i include yung existing ko na 1060 6Gb, nalilito lang po kasi ako kung saan ako mag uupgrade(for future proofing purposes) eh, sa GPU ba or sa CPU+mobo...

Depende kasi sa laro mo paps eh. Kung entry level games lang okay na yung 1060 mo na GPU, pero kung 4K or Ultra gaming ka, 1070 or 1080Ti recommended.

Tama rin kasi si sir themonyo, not worth it gumastos ng sobra sa Intel for 10-15 more FPS. Basta hindi bottleneck okay ka na sa four-core.

Mga Sir pa help naman po ako. Medyo nababagalan na po kasi ako sa pc ko. Papaltan ko sana sya ng Video Card at RAM para bumilis performance. Mostly for work(MS Word lang at net browsing) na may kaunting games (Factorio, android emulator).

May maisu-suggest po ba kayo na RAM at video card na compatible sa pc ko? Medyo noob po ako sa ganito eh. Kasi pinaassemble ko lang siya sa friend ko way back 2012 pa ata.

you have a decent rig for gaming. kahit autocad dual core lang requirements eh... mas mapapakinabangan nya nga yung higher frequency ng mga intel cpu's.
mali pala yung nasa dulo ng post ko. that should be video card and monitor
there is little basis for "future proofing"
kita mo may i9 atsaka R9 threadripper na by next month. we don't really have a clear picture kung ano ang susunod na magiging trending at standard ng next generations ng mga computers.
typical mid-high end systems naman could last around 3-5 years... yan ay syempre depende rin sa needs mo.

sa madaling salita, tinutulungan ng monitor mo na maiwasan ang stuttering at screen tearing na nangyayari pag nagkakaroon ng biglaang pagbagsak ng frames galing sa video card mo (below 60fps).
since wala ako nito, i really can't say kung gaano sya kaganda...
but i do experience stuttering and screen tearing... kaya kung maiiwasan nga yung mga yun, eh di mas maganda

yan din problema ko, g-sync monitors costs over 20k tapos kakapalit ko lang ng nvidia nung March

kung titignan mong mabuti yung differences, nasa texture ng objects, smoke & dust transparencies, shadows at debris ang differences. between high and ultra, medyo nahihirapan na rin ako makita ang difference in quality

yung fps na lang ang magiging basehan kung gaano kalakas ang video card mo

Gpu sir,mukang npbayaan m,,subukan m muna plitan ng thermal paste

May problem pa rin. Nilinis at pinalitan ko na ng thermal paste.

-nilagay ko siya sa unang/same socket: same problem.

-nilipat ko ng socket, nag normal boot pero low resolution. So nag auto install siya, pero after reboot, black screen na sa windows.
Nag safe mode ako sa new socket, Hindi makapag clean install ng driver, hindi din makapag update.

Palit na ata talaga ng gpu. Or... sira din yung Mobo?

Boss pano ba ung set up sa 3 monitor na di naka extend? ung parang isang monitor lang sya na wide screen?
meron kasi akong excel na gusto ko makit lahat ng column and rows nya. may 3 monitors ako availble. possible ba yun?

ok lang... if you can afford it, kahit single 8gb stick lang muna. 4gb is just too low nowadays. yung PSU, baka kaya pa ng budget mo yung seasonic s12ii 520w. kung hindi, kahit corsair vs450 na lang

Lower version ng driver: wala din.

Mukhang gagastos talaga ako hahah. Salamat po. Update na lang ako kapag nakabili ng bagong gpu.

You should spend More on CPU,GPU,Mobo,PSU..

ang default OS nya po is Windows 10, dinowgrade ko po sa windows 7 kasi merong mga apps na sa windows 7 nagana for business kasi

question ko lang po bakit kaya ang bagal? may compability issue kaya? nahirapan din kasi ako sa paghahanap ng driver nun eh,
