Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

Ahh. Okay okay sir. Pero other than that, okay na no?

CPU: i5 7400 = 8690 (maybe cheapest i5)
mobo: Asrock B250m Pro4 = 4300 (may mas murang b250 na 4k lang pero 2 lang dimm slot, or h110 na mobo for 3k)
RAM: Gskill 8gb DDR4 2400 = 3890 (lagpas 5k ang kingston hyperX na brand)
GPU: Palit 1050ti StormX 4gb = 7250 (walang 4gb na 1050 lang - palit gtx1050 = 5750)
HDD: Seagate Barracude 2tb = 3620 (pwedeng wd 1tb for 2350)
PSU: Seasonic S12ii 520w = 2850 (pwedeng evga 430b for 2.2k)
Case: Tecware Edge w/ Tempered Glass = 2000 (pwedeng mas mura depende sa trip mo)
Total = 36,200

wala pang RGB LED strip and controller atsaka RGB fans. as i don't use and have any experience on using those, i couldn't recommend any (also not a fan of RGB)

prices are from dynaquest's website

usage: For rendering/Video editing/Graphics design

Thanks po! :)

Hi Guys!

Just want to know your idea/recommendation for this kind of setup

budget: Php50-60k
usage: Autocad, Programming, Games (CoD)

other miscellaneous requirements: Heavy multitasking, Dual monitor preference

Processor: Your recommendation (i prefer intel, or bigyan mo nalang ako ng advantage ng amd over intel kung ano ang mas ok :))
Motherboard: Your recommendation (although i prefer gigabyte, been using it for years and hasn't failed me although old model na kasi)
RAM: Your recommendation

Video Card: Your recommendation

Hard Drive: I prefer SSD (kung pasok sa budget)
Optical Drive: none (is that ok? i prefer going for multiple drives to stock softwares and drivers e?)

Power Supply: Your recommendation
Casing: i think Full tower or Cube?

monitor: may nag suggest na sakin na AOC? meron bang good choice na touch screen? sayang kasi features ng Win10 :) otherwise your recommendation

Accessories: kaya ba ng air cooling solution lang? if kailangan talaga ng water cooling solution what do you prefer?

Doesn't intend to overclock nga pala.. :) just want to have a long lasting pc build :)

Thanks in advance! :)

Pareply po dito mga sir. Thank you.

heto i5, cube case.

CPU: intel core i5 7500 = 9990
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H270m-D3H = 5390
RAM: Gskill Aegis 8gb 2400mhz = 3890
GPU: Palit gtx 1060 3gb = 10890
PSU: Seasonic M12ii 620w = 3790
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250gb = 4950
Case: Bitfenix Prodigy M = 3150
Monitor: AOC I2381fh 23" AH-IPS x 2 = 15980 (7990 each)

Total = 58,030

Alternatives parts:
mobo = go for the b350 version instead. Gigabyte GA-B250M-HD3 = 4000
PSU = go for the 520w non-modular version. Seasonic S12II 520W = 2850
Case = go for the cheaper tecware quad cube case = 1900
SSD = go for cheaper SSD. WD Green 240gb = 4250
RAM = go for 16gb dual channel. Gskill Aegis 16GB Dual DDR4 2400 = 7540
GPU = go for 6gb 1060. Galax GTX 1060 OC 6GB = 14300
total = 60,810

answer to questions:
stock cooler muna. you can maybe upgrade after a year or so. suggestions would be CM hyper 212 or cryorig H7 for less than 2k. no need to spend too much on cooling kasi hindi naman pwede OC cpu mo and will stay below 90deg on 100% cpu load. with those 2 above, you can maintain around 60degs even at 100% cpu load.
pwede ka rin mag-ryzen (r5 1400 - 4c/8t) tulad ng build sa taas. palit mobo at cpu lang. will have better performance in rendering but not in gaming.
sobrang mahal ng touch screen na monitor brod. mga 20k ata yung nasa 20". dagdag ka na lang ng digitizer or similar input devices kung gusto mo mag-drawing. touch screen features are intended for tablets and laptops.

or wag na lang ako mag upgrade?:lol: yung mass effect andromeda kasi pumapatak sya ng 8gb, yung witcher 3 naman nasa 6 pero most of the time kasi may mga browser or app akong iniiwan while gaming.

ano sa tingin nyo?

dynaquestpc's website
pero pm mo sila sa fb or tpc or tawagan sa landline nila to confirm the availability of parts.

dynaquestpc's website
pero pm mo sila sa fb or tpc or tawagan sa landline nila to confirm the availability of parts.

Not all the time available sa warehouse nila yung item na na-canvass mo sa online nila.

edit: on other news
Intel and AMD team up: A future Core chip will have Radeon graphics inside
