Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Planning on upgrading my system pag meron nang 13th month. lol...And I need suggestions on replacing my Processor, Motherboard, and Ram.
budget:Probably around 10k-15k
usage:1080p Budget Gaming

other miscellaneous requirements:
yung idea ng build ko eh more on power efficiency, so nasa balance sya ng power saver at performance. (No overclocking please)
Balak ko rin mag include ng M.2 SSD since nagiging trend na sya sa boards ngayon.
Usual games na nilalaro ko eh mga single player, graphics intensive games (pero naka-off ang Anti aliasing lol)


The parts listed below ay yung existing hardware ko ngayon.

Processor: I3-3220 (planning to upgrade to i3-8100)
Motherboard: Asrock B75M-DGS (planning to upgrade to any B360 boards)
RAM:G-Skill Sniper DDR3 4GB 1600 x2 (planning to upgrade any 8GB DDR4 2400)

Video Card: GTX 1050ti

Hard Drive:WD Blue 3TB HDD
Optical Drive:DVD RW

Power Supply:Antec VP450
Casing:CoolerMaster Scout 2

monitor:just a generic 1920x1080 TV


Suggestions on replacing the other parts are welcome.

yung sa akin kasi kumuha muna ko ng a series. AMD a10 9700. wait lang ko baba ang ryzen 2400g, or buy ako gpu.

Kunin mo muna mga price list ng shop kung san mo plan buy. check mo ryzen 2200g, 2x4gb ram ddr4, a320 board (asus or asrock), hdd/ssd, case, and psu. pwede mo muna ata sacrifice isang stick ng ram, upgrade ka na lang sa sunod.

Mga sir hindi ba to bottleneck? Pang workstation lng photoshop cad games like dota 2, nba 2k18 or mag pentium g4560 nlng kaya ako tapos gawin ko 1050ti un gpu pahelp naman po salamat.. View attachment 349186

my opinion:
rgb fans: 7? ang dami naman :noidea: i would only recommend 2 intakes and 1 exhaust... unless aesthetics habol mo... that's your call :noidea:
mobo: h170 mobo is too expensive and offers very little features against a b360 mobo (basically, hardware raid and more sata ports). sa presyong yan, pwede ka na mag-z370 which has more features.
gpu: +8k for a 1050? :slap: talo in my opinion. yung matitipid mo sa mobo, pwede mo allocate for a better gpu.

go for a 2200g instead. pareho lang presyo eh :noidea:
psu, palitan mo ng mas maganda. white rated lang yan eh. maybe an EVGA 450BV or 500BV

i3 8100 = 6100
b360 mobo = 5500 ~ 6500 for a decent mobo
RAM: 8gb dual channel costs around 5k
lagpas na agad sa budget mo :noidea:
about M.2 storage: do a little research before purchasing one. kung magkamali ka, pareho lang ng performance ng typical 2.5" ssd lang yan. pero hindi naman din nalalayo ang presyo nila but you'll save on cable management and space. yung M.2 NVME SSD ang masarap kasi 2x~4x ang performance nya sa mga SATA SSD... yung sikat ay yung samsung 960 evo m.2... around 7k for the 250gb model.

good day sir's i need your advice para sa bubuuin kong rig, balak ko na magpalit kasi napatagal na nung PC ko. at may nababasa pa kasi akong bottleneck bottleneck eh kaya hindi ko alam pano sisimulan. suggest po kayo ng mobo, procie, ram, HDD na pwede kong bilhin. ty in advance

boss pa build naman po ako, 35k budget with monitor, more on Office multitasking and mid games.

PS: yung 35 k budget wag muna po iinclude yung GPU sa budget pero paki indicate na po kung ano yung babagay na gpu sa build para po mapag ipunan ko muna. kahit yung IGP muna gamitin ko for the meantime.

need gpu for my amd a10 9700. will upgrade to ryzen 1300x by december.

choices: sapphire rx560 4gb
palit gtx 1050ti dual oc 4gb
palit gtx 1050ti storm x 4gb
gigabyte rx 560 4gb

will only be able to play for now at vga resolution of 1366 x 768. gamit na lang ako ng display port to vga. anu kaya ok dyan?

ok lang bossing. wala pa ako nagagastos sa monitor at PSU. libre lang yun kasi bigay. sa post mo nga if supported ng mobo ko, yun ang reason bakit ako nag a-series muna kasi lazada lang ako asa ng mga parts, sa province kasi ako nakatira. takot ako receive ng mobo na may outdated bios. isa pa, yung natipid ko sa pagbili muna ng amd a10, ginamit ko muna sa ram. so far, smooth naman ang laro ko ng GTA 5 at farcry 5. di rin naman ako halos makalaro kasi busy sa work.

nag-ask lang naman ako anu ok na gpu.

btw ang Ok na gpu ay gtx 1050ti maganda combo yun sa plano mong ryzen 3 1300x.

Hi po. Isa po akong IT Student at kailangan ko po sana ng desktop computer to suplemment my study. Yun po sanang mabilis sa NET at ayus din pang DOTA. Budget ko po is 20k. Thanks in advance! :thumbsup::salute:

mga ka symb.
ask ko lang ano possible dahilan ng CPU ko
mag oon sya tapos pag mag lalaro nako nang
games like DOTA2 Low settings or CSGO or PUBG
nag ooff sya parang mag rereboot sya mag isa
nag lag kasi sya nung isang araw tapos pinatay ko
den di sya kaagad nag boot umiilaw lang sya
so ginawa ko nag palit ako nag PSU
umandar sya dun na nag start ung issue nea
pero pag di ako nag lalaro di nmn sya nmmatay ?
anu kaya possible reason or sira ? pero pag nasumpong di sya namamatay kahit na mag laro ako ..
pero madalas talga namamatay or nag rereboot !!

e2 kasi galing sa PC ng kuya ko ung knya kasi is i7 6th gen tapos ung
mobo ee MSI Krait ata tapus ung VC is 1060 ata pero namamatay din kaya nag palit nang PSU
so kinuha ko to kasi kakabili lang nea .. anu kaya possible reason nung
pag rereboot pag nag lalaro ?
