Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

Brand new ba lahat, sir?

Wala pang case at lighting kit yan. Siguro need mo pa ng another 3k para dun.

Suggestion(s):

Madami silang chassis / case na less than 2k pesos.

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

geforce gtx 1660ti reviews are out
performance is somewhat similar to a gtx1070...
seriously, kung malapit na presyo nya sa rtx2060, hindi na sya viable... just spend a little more for a much better performance and software support.
nilabas lang nila para labanan ang rx590

What's your pick between GTX 1660 Ti and RTX 2060? What would you choose?(Price-2-Performance?)

EDIT: Cheapest 1660 Ti that I could find is around 16K. RTX 2060 here cost around 20K. Is it worth it to spend that 4K for a better GPU instead?

I agree with most youtubers about the 1660ti's existence performance and specs wise... this is the best gpu kung masusunod ang MSRP $279 and this proves to be the real successor to gtx1060
pero anything higher than $300, it's better to spend a little more para sa rtx2060... it is 20~30% faster and still has the "ray tracing" support that nobody uses
of course the choice between the 2 will depend on how much are you willing to spend, what games you are actually playing and your monitor. kung 1080p~60hz lang monitor mo, i think there are much cheaper GPU's for that. yung mga lumang gtx980 at gtx1060 sobra na para dun...
kung medyo capable pa naman gpu from the past 2 generations, i would rather recommend to spend a little more extra sa higher quality monitor... yung tipong IPS panel with high refresh rates (at least 100hz). make sure na may displayport yung monitor kasi nvidia only supports g-sync via displayport.

boss ang retail price ni RTX 2060 ang pinakamababa is 18660 for 1 fan and 19330 for 2 fan both PALIT brand seller neto is PC Hub

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose a Computer

I'm planning to get all the parts online on Newegg Philippines (global). I mean lahat so gagastos ako 70-90k inlc peripherals na.
