Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

oks na po kaya to?
Coolermaster MWE550 V2 Power Supply 550watts?

and if eto MOBO ko? goods parin po kaya?
MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max Motherboard Socket Am4 Ddr4

nope, not necessary
but it's a good practice though

yung may "Max" na series ng MSI supported na yan up to 3000 series ng ryzen out of the box.
usually may sticker na rin mga mobo box that supports up to 3000 series... kung wala, you need to update

Hello. I'm looking for latest gen parts to replace my current old system. Ito yung mga parts(second hand) na nakita ko which is for me "pasok" sa tight budget ko.
Intel
CPU: i3 8100
Mobo: h310m

OR

AMD
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 or Ryzen 3 2200g
Mobo: b350m

Both below 7k

My Current:
Core i5 3570s
Mobo: z77
Gpu: rx470

And which is better din po in terms of upgrade path?

Go for the Intel Build since you've got a discrete GPU.

super noob na question about RGB.

Basically, dalawa ang wires ng RGB fan - 1 for LED, 1 for FAN speed/power.

Ang iko-konek mo lang sa mobo ay ang speed/power ng fan, usually via an available 3-pin/4-pin CPU/SYS FAN header ng mobo, or fan hub if provided by the RGB fan manufacturer.

Yung LED connector, iko-konek mo yan sa controller provided by the RGB fan manufacturer. Most of the time, proprietary ang LED connector. Ibig sabihin, hindi mo pwedeng i-mix-n'-match ang mga brands, i.e., Corsair or Deepcool RGB fan with Rakk RGB controller.

Thanks!:help::help:

trying to build my own gaming PC

2. SATA or HDD?

Re: trying to build my own gaming PC

256gb nvme ssd thank you

3. monitor at cpu...
4. define malaking pera? ano bang lalaruin mo? ano bang expectation mo sa performance? if you can manage your expectations, pwede namang considerately mura lang gastusin mo. again, depende sa threshold mo ng mahal at mura

256gb nvme ssd thank you
kahit 5 years of continuous read/write yan, saka pa lang siguro makakaramdam ng degradation yan. maybe... maybe not...

Re: trying to build my own gaming PC

Re: trying to build my own gaming PC

Sir themonyo, sulit na ba to? Thanks!
