Trouble: more than one hour ng nakacharge, lowbat pa rin... ayos naman yung charger... bago rin yung batt...

History: nagsimula to kanina, after kong magDump(taking screenshots)

guys patulong... may problem cp ko... ganito nangyari...
nagdump ako para makakuha ako ng screenshot sa fone ko, s40... edi kinonek ko sya sa pc, ni run ko yung mga program tulad nung NSD tsaka nokia ovi suit... nagawa ko na yung mga dapat kong gawin... nakakuha na ako ng screenshots...

ang pinagtataka ko lang, supported ng phone ko ang USB charging... tapos nung kukunin ko na, pagtingin ko, 1 bar na lang sya... full sya nung ininsert ko sa pc... nung chinarge ko na, nagchacharge naman... kaso 1 hour after, lowbat pa rin... half hour ulit, walang pinagbago, lowbat pa rin... dati rati 2 hours lang full na to eh... ano gagawin ko??? please help me po...

1.sometimes it turn off even I didn't do anything.
2.the audio, problem is when i'm playing music and someone texted the volume change from louder and it becomes weaker and vice versa.
3.in calling situation, everytime I call I receive choppy voice. I think maybe it cause by the GPRS because my status is always online.. Maybe it interrupt or affect the call..

when I changed my firmware from v7.94 - v.7.96

action:
as of now I have no taken action because I don't know what I have to do

can someone fix my problem? please help..
