Eat healthy at inom ka marami tubig. Wag ka masyado mag puyat. Depende kasi yan sa tao eh at sa skin type. Panget ung sobrang linis din kase nakakadry ng skin kaya nakaka pimples din. Try less products muna. Ako nawala pimples ko nung d na ako nag hihilamos at safeguard lang ginamit ko.
