Good Pm mga ka-symbian ano requirements pc for server in call center yung pinsan ko kasi want nila magtayo ng maliit ng call center dito sa bahay. Patulong naman ano mga kelangan para sa server or cloude server at mgkano gagastusin.

it's complicated and need technical knowledge if you really want to setup a call center type of business at home, you use skype or other internet based call service for a start. but if you really want the kind that people will dial a certain number it needs more than that, you need call servers, you must have knowledge in routing and networking/

may mga client na nagpoprovide ng special software for making outbound calls. karamihan ay para sa mga homebased call centers.
For example, yung pulse telecom account. (eto yun isa sa account na ni-run ng kaibigan ko na may ari ng homebased call center) nagpoprovide sila ng special calling software for outbound accounts. pero kung may inbound kayo, kelangan nyo ng asterisk or vicidial server at software.
