Baseband Unknown/IMEI Null Help

Help! My sister got her Samsung Note 2 LTE (GT N-7105) from Globe. She went back to UAE and forgot to have it unlocked for other carrier. So I asked her to look for mobile repairshop and have it unlocked. She said they couldnt. What I didn't know was while they were trying to unlock it they managed to mess it up. Now the phones IMEI is Null and the baseband is unknown. They restored it to its original firmware and made a backup of her "files", or so my sis thinks they did. I doubt they backedup the EFS folder. I just found out what happened when I got here 2 days ago.

I tried:
Soft and Hard Reset (Vol+Up+Home) the phone
Reflashed using Odin, Downloaded 4.4.2 from Sammobile
EFS Pro - I always encounter the error (tmp-mksh: tar: not found

exitcode=127)
Kies 3 (Firmware Upgrade and Initilisation) - GT-N7105 does not support initializing

I tried almost everything I found online but I cant seem to restore the imei and baseband. Nyone here can help me please?

Root mo phone mo bro ... then install busybox ... pag ka install mo busybox install twrp recovery or cwm recovery then punta sa option ng mount/ unmount options ... mount mo lhat ng pwedrng imount thrn reboot youre device to download mode then try to back up efs via efs pro

same problem sa s3 i9300 ko.boss,itatap ba ung mount like for example mount=efs backup?

nainstall ko n z3x box s laptop ko pero "no card found waiting for connection"...kailangan b nung usb connector na pang z3x box o ung usb connector mismo ng s3?

kailangan mo pa ng dongle sa z3x paps .. binibili un ^^ .. repair shop try mo

hindi yan hardware boss wag mo hahardware rebuild imei lang yan kahit nodownload mo ung z3x box kelangan mo ng samsung tool at maoopen mo lang ung samsung tool pag nakasalpak ung box sa pc mo..

eto sample ko nasaken boss para maliwanagan ka..

eto yung box na tinutukoy ko sir..

Mahal ung dongle nyan ... di ko lang alam kung magkano pero kjng sa tech ka pupunta siguro 500-800 range ng price nya ... mas maganda sa tech kase kung dibnagawavwala nmn bayad kesa sa bibili ka dongle pag di nagawa sayang pera ..
