I had the same problem a while ago. try niyo po i-uninstall yung "tap driver 86-64" gamit yung .bat file dun sa folder nya. then restart niyo po pc niyo then install niyo po ulit and run niyo na ulit yung ovpn. it worked for me, sana sayo din po.
Although mabagal po speed ngayon. max ko na ang 62 kbps transfer rate.. dinodownload ko kasi ung update ng Dota 2 hehehehe

cge try ko yan boss. ano steam id mo sa dota 2 .haha.. pati dota 2 lag ngaun. lage ng time out. sayo ba?

okay pa rin to TS 2 weeks ko nang ino observe. lampas talaga sya sa 800mb tsaka mabilis. problema lang TS eh yung connection nya nagdidisconnect randomly kahit yung updated pa na HSS ilagay.. more power TS sana mapa stable mo ba in the near future. makakaganti na rin ako kay globe na ilang taon din akong ninakawan.. haist!

Sana po may maka discover ulit ng workaround.. kupal talaga ng globe. kung kaya ng smart magbigay ng service na walang throttle bakit hindi kaya ibigay ni globobo. Kung malakas lang sana signal ng smart dito samin nag smart na ako noon pa.

Ask lang, Smart LTE plan ba yan na mobile or yung smart bro na canopy?
Sana po may maka discover ulit ng workaround.. kupal talaga ng globe. kung kaya ng smart magbigay ng service na walang throttle bakit hindi kaya ibigay ni globobo. Kung malakas lang sana signal ng smart dito samin nag smart na ako noon pa.

okay sana sir kahit Smart 3G lang ang signal dito samin kuntento na ako. pero hanggang 2G lang abot eh. naka external antenna na rin ako na double yagi pero mahina talaga smart dito samin sa dami ng mga puno at buildings.. huawei B593s-22 modem ko open line for globe and smart pero hanggang 2G lang ang smart at LTE naman dito ang Globe kaso may cap si globobo kaya useless din ang LTE. okay na sana itong globe bypass na ito pero agad din nadale ng mga taga globobo..
