Hi sir eto po ba yung procedure para mapalabas yung Vicidial sa goautodial,..

may nag ayos kasi ng dialer namin then from go auto dial na conver nya sa vicidial

Hi sir. Ask lang regarding sa vicidial configuration ng answering machine. Yung routing extension na 8369 para madetect yung answering machine. Hindi yata siya gumagana. May workaround ba kayo doon? Thanks.

According to writer of Vicidial Manager Manual, hindi talaga 100% level ang AMD accuracy ng Vicidial (might up to 40% i guess). If you want your AMD accuracy level more higher or near almost 100%, they are suggesting to use 3rd party software from Sangoma (95% AMD accuracy level) which can work with Open Telephony Source Applications, Asterisk and FreeSwitch. Hope this helps you as your workaround.

Oo nga boss. Ginawan ko na lang ng workaround. Gumamit na lang ako ng hotkey para mas mabilis ma dispose ang calls. And kailangan talaga sa dial timeout na around 21-23 seconds para hindi VM pumasok sa agents.

Ano pa kaya pwedeng gawing improvement dito sa center namin? Mostly outbound account namin.

Sensya natagalan sa pagsagot nabusy lng ng husto, you can use 2 set of dialplan with prefix. Each dialplan po have the caller id assign. Para prefix na lang ang gagamitin nya pr gamitin kung anong CID ang dapat lumabas.

A basic knowledge with Centos will do, para sa mga common issues like service restarting (which is very rare nmn since vicidial run it automatically), proper shutting down or restarting the server, upgrading the system. Ang mga linux distro is "ALMOST" the same pagdating sa basic troubleshooting so your knowledge in Ubuntu will do po.

just run mysql-tuning sa cli/terminal then it will analyze po ang status ng mysql mo then from that you will have an idea how you can secure and maximize your database.

Hmmm.. consider much efficient ANI (Caller ID) setup for your campaign if you're concern about improving productivity. :)

Just imagine how would the receivers react when they saw your call appeared as 'Anonymous' or it's not within local/regional registered number on their screen device. Either they will ignore and redirect you to voicemail or they will program their number that they will activate Human Answering Machine detecting for illegitimate calls only.

Yup may mga numbers na hindi tumatanggap ng anonymous caller, they will automatically reject that call or redirect to an ivr like answering machine that will ask you to identify your number kung unknown ka sa kanila.

Hello mga master. Nagkakaproblema kasi ako kay commpeak and sinasabi nila na kailangan daw iopen ung RTP port range 16384 to 32768. So yan yung ginawa ko. Tama ba ito? Sumunod lang ako sa guide ni pfsense. Thanks.

E drag mo yung mga permitted na statements na ginawa mo above on top of those block statements. Per checking your security policies on screenshot, 1st statement on most top sequence pa lang block na yung action source from your local network towards any destination interfaces. That two block statements on top 1st and 2nd drag them both at the lowermost.

Okay na boss. Maraming salamat. Actually si commpeak yung may problema. Boss ask ko lang kung may way ba para yung number na magreregister dun sa client/customer is US per state. For example, tumawag ako sa Miami, pang Miami yung number na lalabas sa kausap ko and pag California naman, california rin. May ganun ba? Thank you.

Opo meron. Would you required number per state that able to callback you also? If that consider, integrate DID/TFN number on your dialer but since you are referring per US state, that will require investment on your end. :)

Yung webform sana ng vicidial ang gusto ko try i-edit kaso nahihirapan akong maghanap ng tutorial. Puro mga CRM like Vtiger kaso may mga bayad. Saka ang hirap makahanap ng magandang tutorial.

Saka baka meron kayo jan na Manager's Manual ng Vicidial. Parequest naman mga boss. Thank you!

Use the AC-CID feature of the campaign. You can set a specific caller ID per area code out there.
 
Good day mga boss!

Benchmark lang. 2 weeks na nagru-run ang outbound dialling system namin using vicidial system. And so far satisfied ako sa performance na binibigay niya. Currently may mga modifications ako na gustong gawin and please help me again mga boss.

1. Closer type campaign. Meron kasi kaming front-closer type na agent. As of now nakaset-up lang si vicidial na magdial through sa mga fronter type agent. Then after sana mag ok si customer, maset-up sana yung quick transfer button or masend sa available na closer namin na local din. Binasa ko yung manual and as of now naguguluhan ako sa Inbound group/DID etc. Sana mai-send sa closer group from fronter type agents yung calls.

For example may 2 closer kami and 12 fronter type agents. After nag-ok si customer mase-send yung calls sa closer na available.

2. Next is g711 codec kasi yung gamit ngayon. Mas okay ba kung g729 and/or g723 codec ung gamitin? And nagtry ako maglagay ng codec but unfortunately hindi siya nag load. As of now, we have 12 agents and 50 mbps but sometimes yung call nagpuputol-putol.

3. Lastly, minsan naghahang yung eyebeam/x-lite sa pc kapag nakaconnect si vicidial. Normal lang ba yun?
