Good day. First time ko mag configure using VICIbox. Pero ang problem is ayaw maka call outbound. Ok naman lahat ng Accoun Entry ko. Anu po ang dial plan para makatawag sa Pinas / US? Using X-Lite3.5 (WinXP). Sinubukan ko gamitin ang X-Lite only para tawagan ang phone ko at ok naman. Pero pag sa VICIdial na eh ayaw komonek. Thanks. Hope mabigyan nyo po ako ng dial plan ung pang universal.

PS: Papalitan ko ung VICIbox to GOAutoDial sa Lunes. Kelangan na makaoperate sa Monday ng gabi. Kung pwede sana text nyo po ako sa number ko. (0925-5828-707). I really need help sa mga nakapag dial na outbound only. Thanks. VOIP pala nagamit for now is Novanet.

Live calls kasi pero hindi marining ung client. I mean wala talaga. Hindi ko alam kung ito ung one way audio na problem.

Ung ibang callbacks kasi nag kaka ganoon din. So ibig sabihin working ung phone numbers kasi na contact na un before / earlier.

Nag restart na ako ng asterisk / servers. Nag repair na rin ako ng database.

Up sa problem ko ts..

Tingin ko hindi siya one way audio ts.

Upon testing, live calls ung status ng agent pero minsan ringing pa rin siya. So tingin ko ung live calls na walang client sa other side is pwedeng voicemail or not connected talaga siya sa client pero hindi lang bumabalik ung audio sa agent kaya parang dead air.

Pwede na nag loloko lang ung pag palit ng live call sa status ng agent, ang problem lang is hindi ko alam kung ano sira nun

Pwedeng pa explain na rin sakin itong command. Alam ko na for deleting of recordings to pero kasi di ko ma gets ung mga naka red font.

Sir patulong, centos 6.7 64bit scratch installtion vicidial aterisk 1.8.23 pa tulong po sana sa pag config ng dial plan and extension, bale meron na akong 3port fxo card pci with local line , 1pldt and 1 globe adn 1 detelcom,, paano magconfig ng dial plan for inbound and outbound. thank you sana matulungan nyo po ako..

Live calls pero not connected. Base sa troubleshooting ng telco namin, Not available daw ung status ng traced calls. Ang problem lang is hindi nag vo-voice prompt ung VM or answering machine pabalik sa agent kaya dead air.

Ano ba mga service na dapat naka run sa dialer? asterisk at dahdi lang naka run sa dialer namin.

Cluster multi server setup namin

1 web server
1 DB
2 asterisk dialers

Pa help naman.

Not available ang status ng trace calls? Ano po ba uli ang OS n nakasetup sa inyo? Saka ung last n issue mo about one way audio, hindi ko gano mabasa ung log hehehe. Ano po ba history ng pagkakasetup ng server nyo specially yung dialler? Kasi if I remember correctly e hindi din kayo ang nagsetup nyang server. Kasi sa one way audio common solution is opening port using iptables and forward it to your server.

Can you add this line sa iptables nyo po (* make sure that you have save your IPtables rule before proceeding)

Tama ba tong command ko? iptables-save? After ma restart kasi bumabalik sa dati ung iptables ko.

Iba ba ang iptables sa firewall? Ung command kasi ng pag add sa firewall eh "yast firewall"

Pag ginawa ko ba ung iptables-save and iptables-restore(after boot) walang effect sa mga rules na nasa firewall?

Wlang error? can you post the outcome po from cli when you try to registerkung wlang error or no info s cli it means n hindi nagreregister ang action mo or invalid kaya walang lumalabas.

Sa opensuse you can use susefirewall2 or the iptables n most commn sa linux Distro but on my end I use iptables eto n kc ung nkasanayan ko

Update lang ts..

May mga live calls dead air parin after ko ma add ung iptables. Nag reboot din ako ng server after adding, and then ginawa ko ung iptables-restore command.

Another issue lang sa vicidial..

Nakaka experience kasi sila ng "System Delay, Please Try Again code: 14906350-1" using Dial next (Manual to ah) sa agent interface.

Nag repair na ako ng DB kasi baka sa DB ung problema. Baka natatagalan na mag query eh kaso ganun parin kahit na repair (reboot) na
