Makikita mo ung admin na nag log sa vicidial ts gamit ung admin utilities? Paano kapag gusto ko makita kung sino nag mo-monitor ng calls realtime, pwede din un?

Hindi ko kasi basta-basta ma update tong vicidial namin, kapag nag ka problema patay ako:lol:

ung tinutukoy mo ba ung prang realtime mo dn na kikita kung cno mga nag log in as admin? kht naka view lang sila? hmmn mukang ma hirap yan ang alam ko lang na ganyan sa putty pag naka log in cya sa putty hehe

Kahit hindi naman realtime. Basta malaman ko lang sa logs na nag pull out siya ng recordings sa ganitong time, or nag call monitoring / barge siya ng ganitong oras.

Ano ung ni-restart mo dre? Cluster setup kasi ako, ung dialer ba?

Email setting .. parang call din n pumasok sa agc then nsa queue din wonce my ng email,,?

Working naman ung lead filter ko by zip codes sa predictive dialling, kaso not working siya sa manual dial.

May way ba na mapagana ang lead filter sa manual dial? Hindi ung dial next ang tinutukoy ko ah, ung ilalagay ko pa ung phone number sa manual dial mismo ang ginagawa ko

yes possible po remember the dialplan n pinakita mo dati it almost got the same pattern just need to analyze it,
you can refer to this and to this for more information.

Isa pa, may way ba para makita kung sinong admin ang naka login sa vicidial mo? Gusto ko makita kung may nag aacess ng vicidial, kung may nag pu-pullout ba ng recordings or may pinalitan siya na settings sa vici, kung may nag momonitor ba ng realtime reports. Ung mga ganung bagay

Can you check Admin > Reports then sa bottom part can you check if you have the Admin Utilities? View attachment 1116500 then click on Admin Report Log Viewer; baka eto po ang hinahanap mo.

punta ka sa reports , tapos check mo ung administration change log andon ung hinahanap mo , pero dko lang sure kung ma kikita don kung nag monitor cya or barge

ung filter phone group sa inbound un ung ni restart ko ung dialer pra nagana hehe

^Walang pull out ng recordings dun. Hindi naka logged.

IT din po ako sa isang startup BPO Company, Gsto ko sana matutunan ung pag Install/Setup ng SERVER kc as of now nka subscribe lng kami sa Hosted Server.

Para ganun sir.. gusto ko kase magcreate ng team to handle the email, para monitor din ang pasok ng email..

Hello mga TS, pa help naman oh, Meron akong na setup na Asterisk Server ang local extension po ay lahat okey kaso meron po akong problem meron kaming linya ng PLDT Telephone at nais ko po sanang gawing Trunk yun kaya gumamit ako ng Linksys VOIP Adapter (Model: SPA-3102) para sa mga wired telephone para ma gamait naman, ngayon ano po ang dapat kung gawin sa trunk ko if my Tel Line is 122-2343 , ano ang dapat kung gawin para maka tawag sa labas at the same time maka tanggap ng tawag pero dapat ma transfer sa local tel namin (ex. 509) ito po yung screen shot ng trunk, Inbound at outbound ko by the way PJSIP po gamit ko! hindi po SIP

If you are not using Voip provider and just a local telco need some added device to connect to your pbx and to your phone line. Also it shows that you are using FreePBX (Tama po ba?)

Please refer to this documentation for more details. For your linksys Voip Adapter, para magamit ang local phone and fax s voip line. Kung walang voip service still hindi sya magagamit because the device is still needs the configuration of the voip settings. Hope this help po.

Sa Admin changed log, wala ako makita na API Blind Monitor at user stats.

Tinry ko kasi dun sa admin account ko, pero walang result.

Pero nakikita ko ung lead search at campaign.

sa administration change log to TS dba?

Yup sa admin changed log yata yan. Kinumpara ko ung sa attached image dun sa result sakin.
