Paano po ninyo ininstall ang dialer nyo?
Possibel na may modules na hindi nagrun pwedeng kulang ang installation
try po ninyo irun asterisk -vvvvvvvvvgc | tee asterisk-test.txt
the post po ninyo yung result dito by copying the content ng asterisk-test.txt

@ Sir kojiromusashi.. Ask lang po sana tulong.. regarding hardphone connected sa vicidial.. paano kupo macoconfig yung recording ng calls in and out.. upon checking kase, hindi narerecord ang call kase hindi nglog in ang agent sa gui.. Thank you sir/..

Anong version po ng vici / asterisk gamit nyo?
Pwede po nyo itry Admin > Phones > Phone Context > set nyo po deafultlog

Sir eto po VERSION: 2.12-549a .. asterisk version 1.8.23 po.. sa phone lang ba tlga settings non sir.. Tsaka paano kupo madedissable ibang phone extension na hindi pwede makapag outbound call using zoiper lang.. dati kase natangal kuna ito pero ngaun bumalik ulit.. Thank you sir.

You can disable the outbound po by adding context=manual s sip.conf

and

add this to the extensions.conf
[manual]

exten => X.,1,Playback(tt-monkeys)

if you try to run asterisk -vvvr what exactly happen what are the issue that you encounter po?

check for errors on asterisk logs po /var/log/asterisk or

tail -n 250 /var/mail/root

vi & vim = press esc button the :w!

Hello po, nag-iistart palang din ako sa ViciDial. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung paano niyo nareremote 'yung server niyo? I mean, para ma-control 'yung CLI ng Linux sa Windows. Thank you po sa tulong.

Sir dapat na port forward of server mo para ma remote ssh via.. putty ... pero dapat restrict mo port para hindi open sa lahat...

Hehehe sir wala po akong config para makita s hardphone yung mga queue merong mga hardware na pwede gamitin pero nakasetup yun s server nila Call Manager yata pero kung naka vicidial ka you can check it nmn s reports > realtime main report

kung nakalocal ka you can use putty or cygwin pero I suggest putty para madaling installation. just type the ip address of the server then kung walang binago s port as is p rin s 22 just click connect.

Sir naka local lang kami, I tried Putty and 'yung IP Address ng Server, SSH po tapos pag tinry ko iconnect using default Port, Network Error: Connection Refused ang lumalabas. Saan po ba pwede makita kung anong port ang naka open for SSH?
