What method ginamit nyo in the beginning for DNC numbers? If inbound, inimplement nyo ba nag Filter Phone Group? If yes, dun mismo sa section na yun e delete yung mga numbers na naka DNC.

Administration -> Inbound -> Filter Phoner Phone Groups / Add-Delete FPG Number

For outbound nman, dun ka sa may Lists section

Administration -> Lists -> Add-Delete DNC number

Please elaborate further details regarding your proposed inbound call flow para mas maintindihan ng karamihan. :)

Re: Centos+Asterisk+ViciDIal Guide

Ang setup ba nito ng inbouind routing from your TFN is any random customer pero same lang kay agent1 ang papasukin? wala ng ibang calls from customer from other agents? If this case, just route your TFN to AGENT para specific lang. DID Route to AGENT then specify mo ung username ng agent.

parang kung sino sir first touch / nkapag save ng lead na agent sa kanya lang papasok every time tatawag si same customer

If this setup composed of multiple agents belong to a single queue and route them to as single in-group passing through single TFN number only and tagged those numbers on specific agents for it to be route on same agent by customers' next incoming call then this already overriding the settings available on DID route section assuming you used Vicidial dialer for this setup. I can make and possible to happen that setup on Pure Asterisk Dialplan Routing but this requires knowledge on Asterisk functions, applications and more necessarily the composition on its dialplan routing.

However, if this could reconsider route to a single and specific agent only, even the TFN current DID Route settings is pointed to any kind of directions such as (ingroups, call-menu, agent or etc) then I believed it's possible but could be on manual process anyway (for me). Try to explore the Filter settings of DID configuration section. These ff. guide options could be possible to set it up.

(Assuming Ingroup ang current settings ng DID route)

1. In-group Call Handle Method is CIDLOOKUPRL (make sure nasa iisang list ID number yung nakapoint yung TFN, verify it on In-Group List ID section)
2. Create Filter Phone Group
3. Set the Filter action as AGENT
4. Specify the exact AGENT username

Manual mo ilagay yung Caller ID ng customer dun sa Filter Phone Group that was created for that particular AGENT

Thank you sir! ito din po yung naging suggestion ni williamconley sa akin sa vici forums.
it just happen sir na nacoconfuse ako sa DID part kung ano pong area code ang bibilhin ako to start with
kung sa base location ng agent or yung target state ng list.

upon checking sir sa filter phone group modification page ko
group ID
group name
Group description
admin user group lang po ang options..
installer login po gamit ko 6666
