@maysapaw - haha.. well so far book 2 and 5 lang naman yung may super parehas na reason "why they can't be together".. and uhm slightly book 4. hehehe. About Lothaire, wala lang sakin yung cover nya.. in my mind iba talaga ichura nya. Pero hindi ko alam na madami palang nareact until i read your post. I guess madami nga nadisappoint sa cover.. especially since full frontal ang face nya.

@lycan & maysapaw - I'd really love to have Sony prst1. Kaso walang available dito sa Pinas. As you may all know, i bought my ereader sa labas ng country kaya meja mahal. I kinda don't want a repeat... so now i have only two choices now.. uhm, Kindle / Nook.. Parang i'm leaning of course kay Kindle (touch / non touch) pero may strong points din yung touch ng Nook eh. I don't know. Pwede namang hindi gamitin yung touch ng Nook diba? since may side buttons? hmmmm kasi i want a reader sana na may memory card ... and again, i want folders. haha.. asking too much eh? LOL.. i'm so confused....

@zelle - oohh pinaka least like kong plot eh yung sa book 1. I think i know what you mean about the decision- making nung girl. Talagang stubborn si Kara.. sya pinaka.. uhm least like kong girl dun. Hey i hope you love Obsidian para may kasabay ako magantay ng next book hehehe. Cover guy's really dayyymm hot. About my reader.. err.. ayun may "dead cell" daw. May isang line sya from upper part hanggang lower part ng screen sa right side. Nakakadistract yes pero okay pa naman.. i can read just fine since visible lang naman talaga yung line pag black yung screen. I'm just lucky na birthday ko na sa Valentines.. yung reader eh magiging gift. And yea, i hear ya.. nasa gumagamit din.. wala lang akong tiwala sa hands ko. I have mean hands... baka masira agad kung touch.. hmm..

@zelle- you're right, it did happen! haha, yun nga pala yung after nung homecoming, Carlos was driving Alex's car, lol nakalimutan agad mas memorable kasi yung away nila before the kiss

I'm currently reading A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness, sobrang detailed nung pagkakasulat, halata mo yung effort nung author na magresearch. I have to stop once in a while to google some stuff mentioned in the book

@yche - re: I-Team, hmm, in that case I might try the second book then, pero I'll admit ang hot ni Senator ah..hihi..its really that bad decision ni girl that turned me off from the series..pero okay naman yung mga unang parts..but I have to say that Julie James is still my fave contemp romance author so far, and the author of Trust in Advertising too coz of her wonderful characters..haha..I'm thinking of reading her other novel Boycotts and Barflies soon..

I'm loving Obsidian so far, feeling ko isa nako sa mag-aantay ng next book, so yes may kasabay ka na.. diba hot ni cover guy..haha..I like both the leads so far..since aliens sya, I am Number Four keeps popping in my head..hehe..

aw sad naman about your reader, but since you're getting a new one as a gift then YAY! haha..and Valentine's Day pala ang bday mo..Advanced happy birthday! and I agree w/ you, I dont trust my hands either, wala pa yata akong gadget na hindi naibagsak..hay naku..

@novel - I know, I almost didnt notice it too..hindi sya ganong halata kasi..haha..and ang sipag mo naman maggoogle, I rarely do that, basta read on lang ako till magets ang sinasabi ni author..

anyway I may be a bit late but I just learned that Gena Showalter's doing a LOTU spin-off on her angels..cool coz its getting pretty crowded in LOTU..haha..double cool coz angels has always been my top fave paranormal specie, so yay for me..first up is Zach, hay excited na'ko and I'm looooovin the cover

^ You should read Boycotts & Barflies, it's really good, sobrang dami kong tawa. I read it three weeks ago, hanggang ngayon naaalala ko pa yung mga ringtones nila! After reading the book, you'll know what I mean.
I usually google stuff if its interesting, haha, i don't do it all the time. History buffs would really enjoy reading A Discovery of Witches. May pagka Da Vinci code...

@zelle - First off.. THANKSSS!! i didn't know na may spin off yung LOTU!! ohmygosh, ganto na ba parati cover ni Gena Sho? black ang backdrop? i'm so excited . Ilang beses nang nabanggit si Zach sa LOTU. Mabute naman he's gonna have his own book!

Of courseee fave ko parin si JJ! magkaibang genre sila for me eh. Para kasing mas full of action yung I team. Hey, super tagal na ng Boycotts and Barflies sa TBR ko as in nasa kailaliman na sya.. errr..i hope one of these days i'll get to read it.

About Obsidian, oh well! akala ko nga si Alex Petyffer yung nasa cover nung una eh, pero pag tinignan mo pala ng matagal, hindi pala. Sana naman sa next na book eh maging "sila" na talaga. As in for real...super excited!

Haha thanks sa advance na bati. Well feeling ko kasi mapaparanoid ako kapag touch binili ko. Konting magalaw siguro yung titignan ko na agad. Yung reader ko naman eh hindi masasayang. After ko makabili ng bago, my close friend who's a reader will use it hanggat di pa sya nakakabili ng kanya.


@maysapaw - woah! super coincidence. Sa Grace Park Caloocan nakatira si boyfriend. I always use LRT (5th ave) pag punta ako sa kanila.

@novel - re: A Discovery of Wicthes, I may sound too nerdy but now I'm intrigued w/ the book..I love reading 'bout historical references..I got into the whole Dan Brown, Steve Berry, and others coz of their twists and references on history, before I got into YA/romance..haha..

@yche: - really? I thought you knew already about the LOTU spin-off..I just had to post to gush, and let out my excitement..haha..

well idk about the black backdrop being GS' thing now, coz Paris' cover has one too..doesnt matter to me as long the covers are this gorgeous!

and super curious nako kay Zach..haha..though I think I have to read Lysander & Bianka's story 1st para more info 'bout GS' angels..hihi..

Finished Obsidian - hay kilig! especially from halfway through, there's great chemistry, na hindi pilit..

nakakatuwa mga little fights nila, and the pasimpleng selosan..hihi..

so yche I'm definitely with you in waiting for the next book..anyway, confused ako sa ending..spoiler! diba sa end Daemon healed Kat, then they became somehow connected, like w/ the same heartbeat thing..bakit after Daemon knew that suddenly gusto nya na maging sila ni Kat for real when all throughout the book eh ayaw nya? haha, di ko nagets itong part na'to maybe coz I was too sleepy when I read this part end of spoiler

am now reading Boycotts & Barflies - its light and funny..and the girls are a riot..i love it!

^good to know that you're enjoying Boycotts & Barflies! I'm still halfway through A Discovery of Witches, medyo slow yung pace nung story pero nakaka-amaze yung historical and science references. If you enjoyed Dan Brown's books you might like this one too. Sabi nila parang Da Vinci Code meets Twilight daw... i can't really tell kasi I haven't read Twilight , pero star-crossed lovers din yung main characters...

I need some advice po. I am searching for Tagalog/Filipino book na light ang story with a lot humorous parts. Parang Bob Ong books po pero ung iba naman. Nabasa ko na kasi lahat ng books niya from ABNKKBSNPLAKO up until "his" latest book na Lumayo Ka Nga Sakin. Sana po may makapagbigay ng title (mas better if link ng e-book hahaha). Thank you po.

@zelle - yep sayo ko lang talaga nalaman. gosh i'm sooo not updated. i'm sure success parin yang spin off. Yung mga POV ni Daemon nabasa ko na as in right after mabasa yung book. Hehe i had to go to the author's page. Maganda rin kaya yung iba nyang series? i'm thinking of trying out Covenant series pero inaantay ko pa yung second book para hindi bitin.

yung sa ending.. well ang theory ko dun eh //spoiler they're connected na bigla. like mates or something.//end of spoiler hehe wild guess =)

I'm currently reading Fifty Shades Freed by EL James. Dinownload ko yung first two books sa Fifty Shades trilogy kasi nasa top reads yata ni yche09 for 2011. Napaka intense ng mga eksena I have read sa mga comments sa goodreads na gagawin daw tong movie---I don't think I can watch it

^super intense nga nyan. i sweeaarr.. exhausting read. i remember reading other books in between. Pero yung third book for me, keri lang. it's a great end to the series. Yung movie if ever,.. hmm.. i think they will make the scenes lighter.

^ i agree, i liked how the series ended. I just finished reading Past Perfect by Leila Sales, natuwa naman ako sa book na ito, the heroines worked as reenactors--- parang american version ng cosplaying.

^Katekyo? gosh hindi pa ko nagbabasa ng manga nun. Mas like ko kasi yung anime. I've been reading mangas by Mayu Shinjo. Just finished Kaikan Phrase.. ngayon iniisip ko pa next na manga na babasahin

I recommend pala ASHFALL by Mike Mullin.. Post volcanic eruption ang setting. Grabe yung survival skills nila. I know that you'd think na it's surreal na teens lang sila.. pero super convincing. Parang pwede talaga mangyari.

off topic: i kinda decided to buy nook simple touch. sana it'll work for me.
