@zelle1016 - awww, thanks sa info ! naku mabuti naman! i am so intrigued sa past ni Dmitri. Sana after nya, si Illium naman Tinignan ko nga yung cover ng Archangel's consort, she's hot! and mejo malapit naman yung naimagine kong wings nya , Nagkamali lang ako sa whitegold .

@diokdin - yeah, ang galing magpaimagine ni NS. Super detailed. Yung finale ng Angel's blood ohmy parang malalaglag talaga puso ko kasi i really thought may mamamatay. Tapos i never expected na magiging angel si Elena. Ang galing nya magconvey ng thoughts and feelings ng characters .

Guys curious na ako sa Guild Hunter series... ako when you're discussing about Raphael and Elena... Need to finish IAD first then next ko sana yun Black Dagger Brotherhood, kaso masyadong intriguing yun pagiging papafable ni Raphael

really? you didn't like HP 7 part 1 i kinda enjoyed it, i think this 1 is the movie i like best in the series...i dont know, hmm makapag HP movie marathon nga sometime...i'll reassess...

@ charmedjess: Big fan din ako ng book version, although may I say na it's a great adaptation compared to the last 2 movies. Marami-rami nga ang changes, ano? Naiyak pa din ako when loved characters died.

Finished reading Devil's Bride (rating would be 4/5), I like the last part where you know who the suspect is but you have to guess how they're gonna catch him.

Am currently reading my in-between book: After Their Vows by Michelle Reid (one of my fave Harlequin author , usually just gobble up her books), next would probably be another Historical, either To Marry the Duke by Julianne MacLean or A Little Bit Sinful by Adrienne Basso (there were great reviews on both book, so am hoping they're as good as they say, hee). Or... maybe I could try Karen Marie Moning's Highlander.

Oh, choices, choices.

I finally watched I Am Number Four.... And I wished na i-forward ang film away from the cheesy parts between Number Four and Sarah... Walang silbi ang character ni Sarah - para lang may love interest.

Mas bagay si Number Four at Number Six.

Read The Body Finder by Kimberly Derting. It's great! Intense romantic thriller for YA. 5/5

@g0dd3ss - i couldn't agree more! magpopsotesta ako pag si Jason yun (although i highly doubt na sya yun, pero who knows diba? errrr)

@sticky-feet - honestly, natawa ako sa sarili ko kahapon. I was so desperate na makahanap ng ibang paranormal series and makamove on from my guildhunter high kaya i tried and tried reading other series until i gave up and settled for a historical romance. sobrang parang prinoblema ko talaga.

@ayanamifaerudo - agree agree super agree! parang reaction ko sa mga scenes nila... "next scene please!"

@mohcandy - yeah ang ganda ng body finder! very refreshing kasi unique ang story. i adore the series. 5 stars both book 1 and 2 saken. haha! super busy magchitchat about books. i also get the "server busy" a lot nowadays.



I read Unveiled by Courtney Milan last night. I can say that i am cured from my GH high. Unveiled is a great read. Ang ganda ng plot chaka nakaka in love si Ash... yung tipong hindi mo alam kung anong next nyang gagawin.. unpredictable. I love it.

Oo nga... malapit na akong matapos ang book. feeling ko rin na kilala ko na ang suspect, konteng read ko nalang at malalaman ko na pano nila huhulihin ang suspect... mmm...

@ayanamifaerudo - agree rin me... sana si six nalang partner nya... baka si six nga partner niya kasy diba? Lorien silang dalawa... hai... antay nalang tayo... tagal tagal ng next series

@yche it was in my tbr folder. kala ko pang-adult. when I opened it to check, I couldn't leave it. I have a weakness for bestfriends-turned-lovers stories eh. Plus, nakakain-love c Jay! Love ko rin book 2. 5/5 dn sa akin rating. I hope Kimberly will add more to the series.

However, I'm afraid Jay may have ruined me for other heroes. Siya yung tipong you compare every other hero to him and nobody may ever measure up. Ngayon I'm having a prob looking for the next book to read. Gusto ko kasi tulad ni Jay yung hero. *sigh*

Any suggestion?

mahilig din po ako magbasa kaya naman ito ang pinakaunang thread na pinuntahan ko. ask ko lang sana if may marerecommend kayong magandang novels na ang plot ay ex-lovers na nagkita ulit and settled their differences? haha. ewan ko ba, yun ang trip ko ngaun na basahin. thanks in advance. (if i posted in the wrong thread, i apologize)

Watched I Am Number Four, sana hindi na lang si Diana Agron yun ginawang Sarah (mas bagay siya sa glee).... para kasing kulang sa acting.... and sa book palaban si Sarah diba? Sa book gusto ko si Sarah and Four, sa movie? Gusto ko si Sam and Six... wala lang, parang it's kinda nice na nerdy-Sam could make kick-ass #6 fall in love with him...

update on my IAD marathon... I'm currently reading Wicked Deeds on A Winter's Night... the stories in IAD series gets better and better... tsaka na lang ratings when I finished the series... Can't wait to read Murdoch's story (Sebastian mentioned that Murdoch's a rake, have a thing for rakes kze )

Have you read Judith McNaught's Paradise ? (Hehe, actually you can read her whole backlist with no regret , except maybe Tender Triumph ) You can never go wrong with a McNaught . Don't hesitate to use the Search button to look for books .

@ momma: You're almost halfway! Hehe, I've a thing for rakes din, but may I say, Murdoch must be the un-rakiest (hehe, new word) of them all. Looking forward to your ratings!

Finished reading 2 in-betweens kagabi (Harlequin's):

- After Their Vows by Michelle Reid (2.5/5): Not her best . Medyo na-skim ko yung ibang part (Natawa ako when I realized it now, lahat ng na-skim ko mga love scenes. Ang weird kasi, parang generic description na lang, esp yung mga sweet nothings Gah.) Estranged couple, na nagkabalikan because of the heroine's thieving lout of a brother. It's good for escapism though.

- The Society Wife by India Grey (4.9/5): Antagal na kasi niya sa Kindle ko, nakalimutan ko na nga yung book description when I read it .
Certain quirks in the heroine's character that I didn't like that much in the beginning prevented this book from being a 5. But towards the end, holey kamote.

There is only one situation in a Harlequin book that is certain to make me cry: [SPOILER! Highlight to see] If the heroine loses the baby [END OF SPOILER]

You know the phrase: "Kick you when you're down"? I felt the kick in my stomach . Natawa nga yung ate ko kagabi, akala niya kung ano na nangyari kasi nahagulgol ako. First time that I had to turn away from a book to digest the grief. I guess nadala din ako kasi may na-encounter na akong same situation in a hospital as the one in the book.

So read read read it! All-new favorite ko na si India Grey because of this book.

Currently reading: Book Six of the American Heiress series, Surrender to a Scoundrel (I skipped a series! Ooh, a one-time event! Had to clean my room so I can be too exhausted to succumb to my OC tendencies. Been hearing great reviews about this one e) by Julianne MacLean.

I swear GH na next, hehe.
