dead end na ba to para sa mga flare 2.0 users? walang nag bibigay ng stock rom eh.. o sadyang hindi nila binibigay? kasi nag tanong ako sa mall kung magkano mag pa flash ng stock rom sa CM flare 2.0, sabi 1500pesos daw.. pinagkakaperahan ba nila tayong mga flare 2.0 user? :noidea:
 
sir paano po mukhang deadboot po ata si pler 2.0 wala na bang paraan maliban sa sc?
 
Sino po may alam dito kung pano magrepair ng hard bricked na flare 2.0? kasi itong sakin ayaw ng mag-on and when connecting to pc, Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 ang detect ng pc sa device.. :help: naman po... :pray:

nagtry po akong gumamit ng roadkil kaso wla nman ang physical disk.. :cry:

In this tutorial, I will show you an easiest way of rooting your Cherry Mobile 2.0
((((((((((((SHARED)))))))))))​

Requirements:
1. Your Cherry Mobile 2.0 (duh!)
2. Computer/Laptop
3. USB connector
4. Root Explorer
5. RootMaster
6. Superuser 3.1.3

Instructions:
1. Download Root Explorer. You may download it at Google Play.
2. Download Root Master.
3. Unpack and install Root Master on your PC.
4. Connect your CM Flare 2.0 on your PC or laptop using the USB connector. Install drivers of your mobile
5. Run RootMaster and press first button on first screen

6. After this click the center button on all windows
7. Your mobile is rooted - Reboot your mobile
8. Close the RootMaster
9. Install Root Explorer and delete superuser.apk
10. This release of superuser.apk is not english
11. Delete or replace your superuser.apk in /system/app
12. Unpack Superuser.apk from zip and copy to /system/app folder
13. Reply yes to replace your apk Superuser.apk
14. If you delete superuser.apk reinstall Only superuser from Zip

Here are the steps made to backup MMC Storage Disk image of Flare 2.0
(Give credits to me as I first seen the solution to this)
Follow the instructions carefully. Gawin nyo kung ano lang ang nasa TUT.
I will not be responsible if your device BRICKED using this tutorial. again. Do only what the tutorial says.​

The process is almost same with the first Flare,
as they are same QUALCOMM Technology.
I used Roadkil's DiskImage Program to backup physical disk image of MMC.

Here are the steps:​

How to backup ANDROID IMAGE PARTITION?

What you will need:
  1. Get everything you need (PC or LAPTOP, USB Cable, Phone Drivers and your Flare 2.0)
  2. Turn off your Flare 2.0
  3. HOLD VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER for 3 - 5 secs (you can't see anything, just leave it like that)
  4. Connect the cable of Flare 2.0 to your PC (Make sure you installed the drivers on your PC)

  5. Open Roadkil's DiskImage (mine used version 1.60 of Roadkil's Disk Image)

  6. P.S. Connect cable first before openning Roadkill to detect the "Physical Disk # (3.61GB)" in the list

  7. in Roadkil, Click "Store Image" choose "Physical Disk # (3.61GB)" note: # = Physical Disk number of the disk on your PC. Make sure you choose that 3.61GB Disk.

patatak ako dito.. boss.. pano po kapag yung sd card hindi basahin ng flare ko pero binabasa naman ng ibang unit saka ng pc.. saka natry ko ng insertan ng bagong mmc pero ganun pa din.. sana matulongan nyo ko dito :pray: newbie lang po ako dito
 
tagal kong nag hihintay dito sa thread nato wala na atang gustong mag bigay ng libreng tweaks or customize para sa 2.0 :(
 
mga bossing bakit hindi madownload yung disc image.. saka yung flare pc drivers.. thank you!! :pray:
 
Help! Please Help i need stock rom for Cm flare 2.0.

Ni root ko po kase ang phone ko at in uninstall ko po unwated system apps ko. I was able to install them back except do sa software update, di na po mainstall ulet ung dmclient.apk available padin naman po ung odex kaso di na po gumagana. Tinry ko n din po iflash ung recovery or backup ko kaso ayaw na po talaga. Please help, what to do?

DEAD BOOT po ako..
as in wala talagang lumalabas sa screen, pero nadidetect sa PC yung Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008..

Meron bang way na pag niroot yung flare 2.0 eh madadagdagan yumg ram nia? Ahahaha. Maganda sana yung phone kaso ram lang tlga problema ko. Ayun. Helf helf. Salamat po aw!
 
kapag ba na bootloop ang phone naten irereplace agad agad ng cherry mobile? under 7days replacement pa kasi eh
