Kaya. Kung hindi harware yung issue, with a fully-charged battery and the proper firmware and key-combination, madedetect parin sya ng LiveSuit. If you're using PhoenixCard, it's useless for your situation, since it won't boot.

It might work..
Try a custom launcher first. Kung ayaw pa, reflash. But first give me an lsmod via Android Terminal Emulator, para alam ko kung ano ROM pwede sayo.

Custom launcher.. For starters, download Apex Launcher from the Play Store. As for lsmod, set up ADB (Google how), enable USB debugging in the Settings app and plug the tablet to your PC. Start a command prompt (cmd.exe), and type adb devices. If it gives you a list of connected devices that follows this format:
device <random letters and numbers> connected
You are now connected to Android Debug Bridge (ADB). To produce an lsmod, you need to type adb shell lsmod in the command prompt. Copy and paste the result, it should be plenty of lines of Android jargon. This is a list of all device driver modules currently loaded on your device. Copy-paste mo dito.
