Formating problem, windows 10 to windows 7, keyboard and mouse doesnt work

Magandang gabi mga sir, so ininsert ko yung bootable drive, sa bios setup gumagana ang mouse and keyboard, pero after pumasok sa start up ng windows 7 installer, di na gumagana ang mouse and keyboard. wala naring mga light indication. may alam po ba kayong solution sa problem nato.

baka po hindi lang supported ng win7 installer yung mouse pero po pwede mo naman pong gamitin yung keyboard pag (Tab at space) po ang usually gumgana lang kapag ganyan

baka nagkataon lang.., ulitin mo ang pag format kong hingi talaga eh..., balik ka nalang sa windows 10

1) Open the tool from GIGABYTE. There's no need to install it.
2) In the source option select your disc drive
3) In the destination path pick your USB drive.
4) Make sure the 'add USB drivers' option is selected
5) Click start and wait for the process to finish.

malamang 6th gen up yan unit mo di talaga gagana yan. sundan mo na lng ung nasa taas ko
