Upgrade: Kelangan mo ng CD. sa CD naman nakalagay kung 32 o 64bit na installer(windows8). Sa win7 na bootable naman nakalagay dun kung anong version (e.g. Windows 7 Ultimate x64, etc).
Risk naman pag 32bit user ka: Sa execution ng mga 64 bit na file di nya kakayanin.

Supported na siya for 64 bit na OS kaya yakang yaka niya, at isa pa tignan mo RAM mo 3.49gb usable siya kapag 64 bit kana posibleng tataas usable RAM(not sure hehehe). Try rin pakitignan mga games at softwares mo if compatible sa 64 bit na OS sana makatulong TakeCare

may slight improvement sa performance yan pag pinalitan mo ng 64-bit na win 7 kahit on-board graphics most likely kung madalas kang gumagamit ng photoshop 64-bit or other 64-bit softwares.... so back-up important files and then clean install kailangan dyan...
