GLOBE [HELP] Globe DSL Problem

Nag.black out kanina lang mga 30min, tapos when the modem was switched on, kapag mag.browse na.reredirect kami sa Globe portal, Tapos may button na Continue Browsing, pero ganun pa din, na.reredirect kami ulit sa same page, di namjn alam kung ano ang gagawin so tinawagan namin yung customer service and all they can do is reset the modem, then try to use the internet.. pero ganun pa rin talaga, nothing change, sino pa yung nkanas na ng ganito sa Globe DSL plan 1299 po kami.

Tumawag ka sa costumer service nila boss. 1 one day lang hihintayin may taga globe na dadating dyan.
Madali lang yung problema mo boss. Na reset yung ruoter mo. Kaya yng username at password na change into defualt.
Paturo kanalang sa kanila kung papaano.

1. download app ng globe to check if capped i
2. ping any site.
3. reset mo ang modem.
