[HELP] PC switched on.. after 10 seconds it died!

Mga ka SB I've done almost everything that I know to figure out what's wrong with my computer. So far the only thing that I could think of is MOBO probably died.

No sounds can be heared. The beeping wasnt there. No fans running. But the KEYBOARD lights are on (aside from numlock/capslock/scrllock they dont work).

It never showed any problem before, it suddenly stopped working earlier today.

System specs:
Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2
Intel i3 G3258
MSI GeForce GTX 670
4gB(2X) RIPJAWS DDR3
Corsair VS450 PSU
SSD 120GB and HDD 1TB

What I've done so far:
1. Reseated everything
2. Resetting CMOS bat (also plugged a new one)
3. Tried shorting the Power with screwdriver (just in case the wires are the ones at fault)
4. Borrowed a friend's PSU (generic, 650w 24 pins but there's no slots for my gfx card)
5. Tried to check PSU (paper clip test, it worked)
6. Changed thermal paste
7. Plugged only PSU mobo still wont start
8. Plugged PSU, ssd
9. Plugged PSU, ssd, ram
10. Plugged gfx card, ssd, ram
11. Cleaned PSU to be free from dust
12. Made sure the PSU switch was on


Maloloka na ko sa kaka palit palit ng hardware, lahat sinubukan ko na. Waley pa din.

Yes wala po talagang fans na nag ra-run. Kahit pag PSU and mobo lng without thr other hardwares, wala talagang life sign.

Gumagana pa PSU ko eh. Tried the paper clip test, sinubukan ko din yung PSU ng barkada ko, ayaw na din. So baka mobo talaga problem. Nagagawa ba to? Kahit mga PC tech?

wala yatang headroom allowance yan vs450 (450 watts) psu, pag gtx 670 kasi malakas kumain ng power wattage kaysa sa gt series, try mo magbawas ng harddisk or peripheral or mas mabuti na try mo humiram ng 500-600 watts na psu pang test lang.

Na try ko na, 650w. Ayaw pa din.
Nag test din ako ng onboard vga lang gamit, di rin umubra.

yun magandang gawin dyan ay baklasin mo sa casing un motherboard, paandarin mo yan sa labas ng casing using 1 ram, 1 hd, vga card tapos i-short mo lang yun power pins using screwdriver sa motherboard para umandar at i-check kung tuloy tuloy un booting, also tanggalin mo yun cmos battery para bumalik sa default settings un bios
