[HELP] The best t-shirt printing that has transparency effect?

Happy new year and Good day ka symb!,

I just want to ask questions kung may alam po kayong t-shirt printing services na nagpprint kahit na yung design is may fade in / fade out effect, yung may transparency effect ba?
Kasi po usually na nakikita kong printing services is puro didikit lng yung printed material sa damit, mga kasymb I really need your help! Mahilig po kasi akong magdesign sa photoshop, I just need a better printing technology for this.

Please suggestions and help po kung may alam kayong ganitong tshirt printing services, what name at saang place.
Also po, kung alam niyo po kung anung tawag sa method of printing na may transparency effect.

kung may transparency effect tapos black yung shirt.. edi hindi po makikita.
black yung design mo eh.
kung white shirt.. makikita yan.
