Bakit kaya di madetect ng PC z3M 5.5 ko.?

I Tried to connect sa PC di naman madetect pero nacharge naman sya..

Tried ko ibang zen 3 ko nadedetect naman using the same cable..

Updated usb drivers naman po ung win7 namin..

Please help. TIA
