sir baka kasi nag download ka na ng file tapos nagtry ka ulit magdownload. Free download kasi yan, kaya may limit talaga, Try mo mag antay ng ilang oras. Naka indicate naman don kung ilang oras ang kailangan bago ka pwedeng mag access ulit sa download site nila. 
install mo sir sa pc/laptop yung firmware na nadownload mo from blue nokia. Pag successfully installed na, chaka mo lang open phoenix mo. make sure na ang na DL mong FW ay para talaga sa unit mo. Double check the RM number or your cp and the RM number you downloaded. Dapat parehas po. Ma'am yehs tanung ko lang kung kelan ba naguupdate ng mga new firmware ang nokia?
awww. yan din ang hindi ko sure. Minsan lang sila mag update eh. Minsan kahit may update na para sa unit mo, hindi mo naman pwede update dahil hindi matched sa cp mo... depende pa yan kasi kung san manufactured ang cp mo, anong RM version, at marami pang ibang compatibility checks.

mukhang hindi yan uubra sir. magkaiba kasi sila ng RM version. Hindi yan madetect ng phoenix na matched para sa cp mo.sir wala pong available na APAC OR EMEA pano po yun?
