but how can i be prepare if i don't have any idea on what the interviewer will ask? and most of the time my t0unge got twist when i feel nervous?any suggesti0n?

more of us feel nervous, even though we are prepared but i have something to share hope makatulong
actually pho during my schooling, one of my professor said that if you're in that aforesaid question like nervous during interview "pwd ka daw po mglagay ng sumting in ur pocket like ballpen, lucky chain, or anything that distract ur nervous hawakan mo cia during interview pra d ka mxdo kbhan or mawala kaba mo "

pansin ko lang pag product trainer ka o operation manager ng account pag dumating yung client galing ibang bansa panigurado gagawin ka aso-asuhan ng client. gagawin ka tour guide wherever they go you go.

yup that's true., tongue twister or a story., to check your accent and pronunciation upfront., goodluck to your application..

haha., correct! that's why i love training except for the assessments and mock calls..

actually. ang at&T account lang naman na karamihan is U-verse eh. yung mga TSP at ibang tsr mejo nawawala. isa isa kaming nag shrink. haha. puro hey-ti-en-ti.

hmmm. declined ko na yung dell. patransfer nalang ako sa verizon non voice eh. yey!

kaso ayaw mag reply ni dell. haha. napirmahan ko na kasi pero since wala pang starting date. mas ok nako ulit dito.

meron pa bang verizon!? ang alam ko lang verizon sa alabang sa outsourced nagsasara na!

di lang uverse meron din att mobility, direct tv,bell south.

me nakausap ako galing ms account lagi queing buti nag resign na sya dahil papasok na windows 7.

Wew! Sa wakas babalik na ako sa opis bukas sa teletech makati para i-update ang contract. then next week start na ng training ko.. hehe.. nice thread dahil dito nagaral din ako ng english for 1month..

share ko din ang experience ko sa pag apply sa call center ^_^

Nong unang apply ko hindi ko naman talaga intended na mag apply, kasi nagaapply ako non nang salesman sa SM South Mall, kung bago napadaan lang ako.

Convergys po ang unang naapplayan ko. Nakaka nerbyos kasi unang una bago sakin, hindi ko alam gagawin..Pinapili ako ng picture tapos i-explain ko daw kung ano ang nakikita ko sa picture...Nose bleed ako non. Mali pa grammar ^_^

Ayon at the end of the interview, binigay na result. And i need to re-apply and practice more.

Second apply ko sa JobStreet. Hindi ko lang nagustuhan yong sa Front Desk nila. Kasi 1 pm yong appointment ko tapos 3 PM wala pa din. Yon pala umalis na yong mag-iinterview sakin. Ayon parang nawalan na ako ng gana. Tapos gutom na gutom pa hakhak. Re-apply ulit and more practice pa.

Ayon. Masaya na nakaka-kabang apply sa call center at nakakatakot. hehehe

Ngayon gusto ko ulit mag-apply san po kaya madaling makapasok? In your experience po or someone you may know..

ang alam ko lang na dapat talaga pinagaaralan mabuti para sa mga call center ay ENGLISH. dapat magaling ka magenglish kasi outsourcing company ang mga call center at kakausap ka ng mga taga ibang bansa dun.
