RFM < C.suss is on the move, still good to buy,, buy below 5.9 ang wait to 7.3< if may magandang news n dumating 10 ang target ko dito

IMI < pwdeng sabihn n natin out of the woods n ito, but i dont think BPI is done sa kanyang selling,

LRI < 10.22 should hold the support

FLI < ingat lng dito, if 1.77 break with good volume we can see 2 pesos dito in the future

CEB < it is continue to drop maybe because of the return of oil, mataas n ulit yung crude oil at Brent oil sa international market, may nabasa rin akong news about dito n exonn mobil will reduce 70% sa kanilang production or makret share so ingat parin,,

Hindi pa natin masasabi kung good news or bad news ito, hangga't walang company disclosure paano ihahandle ang merger.

Based sa financials ng company, both are profitable naman po from their previous years of operation (up to now), pati ang cash flow statements are positive.

Eto questionnaire para ikaw magdecide kung sa tingin mo good merger or bad merger ito:

1. What is the current financial condition of company? - Kung pareho positive = mas ok; kung +/- = depende kung pano imamanage yung losses

2. How many shares will still be offered (or you will have) after the merger takes place? - Masasagot lang sa company disclosure

3. How much did the acquiring company pay for the acquired company? - Kung binayaran ng mababa = delikado; kung mahal pagkabili = mas ok kasi ibig sabihin nakikita ng company na nakipag-merge na profitable yung company na inacquire.

ATR is aggressively buying the stock! then the market follow tapos lumabas n si news,

we can say ATR knew something that we didn't know! ATR stiill the buyer until now

Negative sya ngayon kasi mataas ang foreign shareholdings compared to local shareholdings, kelangan ma-meet yung legal allowable requirement for foreign shareholdings as required by the Phil. Hold mo lang.. ako nga 10 ave. ko eh.. pero hold lang yan di ka mag Sisi jan. malaki magbigay ng Dividends yan isa nasa TRC aral nila yan.. kaya wag kang matakot.
