How to invest in The Stock Market-Bro. Bo Sanchez tut

Investing in an IPO entails a lot of risk. Be careful to the emotional rush it creates: the excitement from everybody wanting to get it, and the fear from missing out on an opportunity. This emotional rush makes a lot of investors blind to the risk of not knowing anything about the company.

salamat po sa inputs sir. :salute: naisip ko nga din po un. wag magpadala sa emosyon. Hehehe tska tingin ko mag mumura pa sya kasi pagsak pa mga stocks. saka na siguro pag soblang lalim na nya. Hehe :salute:

bakit hold so meg? any reaction please ty

HOLD means you must hold the stocks and pause buying for a while as it likely overvalued or would go cheaper anytime soon. There are also times when certain stocks are put on HOLD due to some specific situation that the company is going through that needs a wait-and-see approach for now.

Just follow the instruction of the experts.

Here's a snippet of the stock alert sent by Bro. Bo last September 7:

Depending If You’re Negative Or Positive,
Hold Or Sell MEG

Do you have MEG? It’s a great company. But we just feel it’s too overbought and our money can go elsewhere for now.

So here’s what you do: If you’re positive, you can sell if the price is P4.50 or above. If you’re negative (meaning: you bought MEG at a price higher than P4.50, just hold and ride the volatility.

I repeat: With the cash that you raise from your selling, divide by 6 parts and deploy one part for the next 6 months.

Note: To all the newbies, please know that if you see some of your stocks turn “red” in the next few days or weeks, it doesn’t mean a thing, long term. You know that the Philippine Stock Market will rise, long term. So stick with our strategy of buying small amounts each month!

Happy investing!
May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

COL Financial?
You can apply to COLF with or without bank account, however charges and stress from depositing and withdrawing funds from COL will hurt your feelings LOL

The value of a pending or posted BUY order is automatically deducted from your buying power as the funds for this purchase will be earmarked for use. If the order is executed, the value will then be deducted from your actual cash balance.

If the order fails to find a match or is cancelled, the buying power will be restored and should be equivalent to your actual cash balance after the trading period.
