How to invest in The Stock Market-Bro. Bo Sanchez tut

In terms of kitaan. Stocks po ba or Mutual fund?

Dun po sa chart ko, bull market since 2009 kaya malalaki ang returns: 44%, 39%, 35%, 28% in 3 months to 2 years.

Kung kaya niyo pong mag-hold and keep on buying until you retire, siguro po mas maganda yung SAM stocks.

For the past couple of months, we've been talking about this coming
downtrend, and as predicted, the stock market has gone down again Tuesday.
We also believe it will continue to go down. And we're very happy it's
happening.

We're now preparing a new SAM Table with some new recommended stocks and
new Buy Below Prices. Please wait for our next stock alert before you
start buying again.

These are exciting times!

Blessings,

Regarding MBT Stock Rights Offering

This is for those who are holding MBT stocks.

If you do, you probably got an email from COL Financial or from your Broker informing you of the MBT Stock Rights Offering where you are entitled to subscribe 1 right share of MBT for every 3.976 common shares you already own, at the offer price of P75.00 per share.

TRC's recommendation is if you have the extra cash to take the offer.

This is will preserve the value of your investment. Why?
Remember, if there is more supply of shares in the market, the price will go down.
MBT will be infusing more shares in the market through this offering.
Thus, the price of MBT will be adjusted a little lower.
So if you don't avail of this offer, the value of your investment will decline a bit.

Therefore, we highly recommend that you do subscribe.

If you want to learn more about this, click here to download a back issue of our Stocks Update that explains Stock Rights Offering for MBT back in 2015. Just apply it to the current Stock Rights Offering of MBT.

Also, if you are a COL account holder with MBT shares and you are interested in subscribing, please click this link and follow its instructions:

I hope this has helped you.
Please be guided accordingly.

Stock Update: We May See A Further Downtrend

Some months ago, we asked you to sell half of some of your winners.

Reason: We want you to have some cash when the downtrend came.

The first phase of the downtrend already happened. Last month, the PSEi--that's the average price of 30 top companies listed in the stock market--went down from a high of 9000 to 8600. Two weeks ago, it went down further from 8600 to 8200.

We believe it will go down even further--HOPEFULLY--all the way to 7900 or lower. Yes, hopefully. As you know by now, we want the stock market to go down. Because we're long-term investors, we want the market to be on "sale" so we can buy cheap.

Here's the reason why the market is going down: Peso Depreciation. We think the Peso will go decrease in value from P51 to P54 or P55 for each US Dollar. Which is good news for OFWs and the entire BPO (Call Centers) industry. In the long run, Peso depreciation will be good for the economy. Note: Our neighbors like Indonesia have already depreciated their currency by 50% to 60%; We'll most likely be depreciating by just 20%.

Why does the stock market go down before the Peso depreciates? As you read this, foreigners and many huge local investors are selling their positions, pulling out P500 Million to P1 Billion every single day. They want their dollars to stay in the sidelines and wait for the depreciation to happen. Once the Peso goes down, they'll come back and buy our stocks again. And the market will rise again.

What to do: Keep buying every month your "scheduled" small amounts, but for your bigger cash, Mike Vinas and I will email TrulyRichClub members when you can start deploying it into the market.

Happy investing!

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez
