Para mapababa ang bad cholesterol [low density lipoprotein (LDL)], TS, kailangan mong syempre bawasan ang intake nito. Makakatulong din ang exercise, kasi hindi lang nya pabababain ang LDL, patataasin pa nya ang good cholesterol (HDL).
