share nman mga ka sb paano mapababa ang cholesterol?
 
Para mapababa ang bad cholesterol [low density lipoprotein (LDL)], TS, kailangan mong syempre bawasan ang intake nito. Makakatulong din ang exercise, kasi hindi lang nya pabababain ang LDL, patataasin pa nya ang good cholesterol (HDL).
 
omega 3 fish oil, oat meal, can help lower your LDL, pero maganda pa rin talaga ang exercise :)
 
FENOFLEX once a day ang resita ng doctor sa akin. after one month back to normal level lahat cholesterol ko. syempre change diet din more fish, vegetable and fruits. kunti rin pagkain ng karne patikim tikim nalang.
 
Intake ka ng Choleduz tpos mag jogging ka every morning 30-1hr.. :thanks:
 
pa chek up muna sa doctor tol ts baka kc hindi acquired yan hi chole mo.
 
try TRA/TR90 products. pa-check mo muna visceral fat at yung body fat before you do that para Makita if it really works or not. Visceral fat naman talaga yung malaking problem sa katawan.

Over the past couple of years I have been faced with increasing Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels. The dietician said my diet was not a serious problem and I felt at a loss as to how to fix the problem without resorting to drugs. In my search I came across products from USANA Health Sciences. Pa subscribe po sobrang taba ko na dahil sa nature ng work ko pa upo upo na lang,dati 59-62kls lang ako now 88kls na,dati kaya ko pa akyatin iyong medyo matarik ng konti tinatakbo ko pa iyon dati now sa kalagitnaan na uubusan na ako ng hangin.

Now pati anus ko tumaba na din nangangamatis na minsan dumudugo pa.

Wala po time for exercise puyat at palagi busy...,pahamak na work ito.

Bale tama yung comment nung isa nating katoto, Omega 3 anti inflammatory(di kita bebentahan don't worry:lol:) wag ka masyado kakain ng fried kc commonly pro inflammatory yung cooking oils naten madami daw omega 6. Kung may issue na tayo ng high blood pressure or high cholesterol majority ng cause eh genetic. Kung tung tatay, nanay or lolo mo eh my history ng high blood more than likely namana.

Ang magagawa mo lang talaga eh eat healthy food rich in fiber, gulay, isda(wag tilapia wla masyado omega 3 daw mga galunggong pede), bawas ng rice(carbo) saka exercise na din(Exercise burns fats and helps on blood circulation. )

Ngayon kung sobrang taas ng LDL cholesterol level mo at kelangan mo na pababain agad punta ka sa doctor pareseta ka ng statin meds. Pero as much as possible try pa din natin live and eat healthy saka exercise para sa over all heart health...:eat:

try mo ung ginagamit ng friend ko..NUTRIMEAL of usana..saka vitamins nito..mag mababawas k tlg..may reset program kasi un e...basta susundin m lng ung program mababawasan k tlg. if interested k txt m lng aq. explain ko sayo panu..09435186226
