sir ragnarock thanks sa reply, i'll leave my phone unrooted seems im in good company. sir i need a decent gps navi app kasi when im driving in manila and i was under the impression na i have to root my phone in order to get the hacked version of navi apps, stupid me medyo past my prime na kasi hehehe maramng salamat po!

im using Locus Free. down loadable maps for offline gps navigation (pwedeng selected area or buong map ng philippines). search nyo lang po sa android market, its free by the way.

salamat sir ragnarok, but locus display is too small for comfort and no turn by turn voice navi, i guess ill just bring my garmin together with my phone or now. sir, i think mas maganda ang mapdroyd compared to locus feature for feature, bigger display pa po.

Guys, did anyone know is HTC smart can be install with apps or games? or how can i install apps & games to HTC smart?.. please advise...

hehe yup i'm trying to discover how to activate the voice navi on locus it only has the beeping sound when you are near the corners. I like it because you can down load the map and work offline. I'm not much of a driver but I use it for site surveying including the coordinates and the elevation for projects at work. tignan ko minsan yung mapdroyd

hehe engineer din po ba kayo? gamit ko po compas app gps type app and google map for coordinate and elevation, engineer din po ako mapua semi retired na hehehe.

yup. ECE at ABS-CBN.. yes im using compass, leveler, gps, elevation for satellite and microwave applications.

hi sino pwedeng magbigay sakin nang config or solution sa problema sa sunbroadband ko. hindi makacnect sa 3g yung HTC desire z ko. puro edge lang kahit 3g siya pag nasa usb modem. TIA nang marami sa sasagot. flustrated na talaga ko.
