hindi naman nila kailangan makipagsabayan sa NOKIA, SAMSUNG, AT SONY dahil yang mga yan takot lang mapagiwanan kaya panay ang labas ng mga bagong phones,samantalang ang iPhone once a year lang maglabas pero mas maganda di hamak sa mga kalaban niya, at sir hindi lang naman A7 chip yan di hamak na mas mabilis pa yan sa Quad core ng mga phone na kalaban niyan.at nadagdagan pa po sila ng FINGERPRINT ID baka nakakalimutan niyo walang ganyan ang lahat ng phone na yan.

tama sir, siguro ang labas ng iphone 5s masasabi kong the most highly secured phone dahil sa fingerprint, in my opinion lang

ako naka i5, konting difference lang sa 5s dahil sa chip nito, home button, pero kung may i5 tayo or iphone 4s ok na yan bro, at least support tayo ng ios7 )

Apple announced the release of its iPhone 5s yesterday — with the Cupertino firm touting it as the first smartphone to include a 64-bit processor, meaning the iPhone just got a whole lot more powerful.

In response to that, Samsung says that its next smartphones will also include a 64-bit processor. Samsung’s mobile business chief Shin Jong-kyun told The Korea Times: “Not in the shortest time. But yes, our next smartphones will have 64-bit processing functionality.”

Shin has also vowed to step up Samsung’s efforts in China and Japan, which comes as Apple ramped up its efforts in the two markets by finally announcing a deal with Japan’s largest carrier NTT Docomo, and releasing the iPhone in China from day one. The latest iPhones are also set to be released on the world’s largest carrier China Mobile soon, after it was revealed yesterday that Apple has received a license for its iPhone to run on China Mobile’s TD network.

Shin says in the report: “Samsung understands that Apple intends to boost its mobile business in China, as well as in Japan, meaning that we should try harder in these countries.”

Samsung is in fact, currently way ahead of Apple in China in terms of market share. The Korean firm chalked up sales of more than 15 million smartphones to Chinese consumers in Q2 2013 to make up a market share of 19.4 percent, according to Strategy Analytics data. Comparatively, Apple sold 3.4 million units to garner a 4.3 percent share during the same period.

Samsung’s net sales stood at KRW77.2 trillion ($69.4 billion) in the first half of this year. Out of that, China accounted for KRW12.6 trillion ($11.3 billion) or a 16.4 percent share.

baka sir may nainstall ka lang na nagconflict sa iphone 5 mo kasi iphone 5 user din ako pero wala akong naexperience na ganyan ung lag kahit marmi pa apps mo di maglalag yan.kung ako nga sir ang free storage ko nalang kahit 16GB lng to ih 700mb and still no lags or delay na nangyayari eh.

nga pala... I have a few concerns about the 64bit processor...

1. kung 32bit lang code mo, you wouldn't actually benefit from this.. right? other than the raw speed of the cpu of course...
2. kung magkaroon ng 64bit apps to make use of the 64bit code, wouldn't that just generate fragmentation of apps since 32bit lang mga older models?
3. next year's ipad would also receive the same 64bit processor (naisip ko lang pero walang kinalaman )

also, iphone 5s is not the 1st phone to have a fingerprint sensor. look for Motorola Atrix released 2011

apple did not claim they were the first..64 bit in general you can only get the whole advantage by advancing to 4gb up of ram which requires 64 bit same like pc but it doesnt mean that this 64 bit processor is useless or it doesnt work at all on the iphone at least bumilis..no specific explanation yet how this works on mobile and course 64 bit on pc is a another issue.

about the fingerprint sensor, that was just a reply to someone here posting na apple lang ang meron ng ganung feature.
i never said na useless ang 64bit... there will definitely be an increase of performance but that is due to the raw power of the cpu itself. A few 64bit optimized apps will definitely gain from this upgrade. pero like i've said, that will fragment the market with 2 version of apps for 32bit and 64bit...
well... anyways, we'll see what will happen to the app market once the 5S will be released.

apple sent already an announcement to their developers to send their optimized apps for 64 bit apps..there will be no fragmentation here as long it is optimized gaya sa isang particular app na optimized na for ipad and iphone di gaya sa pc version na bukod ang 32 at 64 bit apps..

kung a5 device ka(ip4s>ip5) at nakapag update ka into 6.1.3, sa tingin mo ba maeenjoy mo ang priveledge of jailbreaking. HINDI PO. and without jailbreaking, wala kang tweaks, no free net, no free in-apps purchases, no sb,no winterboard, no nothing at nganga muna while waiting for the devs to exploit the latest ios.
