Tutal open discussion to, diko sure kung nasa topic padin ako pero why do companies need to block facebook and yt?(don't get me wrong im working as an IT in a company) gagawa at gagawa parin kasi ng paraan si employee pag restricted sya and also, agree ba kayo na minominotor yung bawat galaw ng empleyado nyo?

i do not agree on monitoring our employees; i am not their father to tell them what to do. they should be held accountable sa mga actions nila and hindi na natin kelangan ipulis ang movements nila.

however, i agree on blocking youtube, facebook and torrent - why? because when abused, this will directly impact the bandwidth resource of the company. in turn, primary services like email might be affected.

Kapag may problema sa ibang company ng mga boss ko, ako talaga ang tinatawag.

Hingi lang po ko idea,, currently net admin ako .. hingi lang po ko suggestion anu mgandang pang monitor ng desktops kung anu gingwa nila w/o knowing them na nakamonitor ako and how to disable the usbports sa desktop bukod sa mouse and keyboard.

Boss Dumadami trabaho mo pero ang liit ng sahod mo. buti nga dyan sa inyo pinapahawak ka ng mga Servers. pero para sakin maghanap ka na ng ibang trabaho saka ka magresign dyan, wala silang pagpapahalaga sa empleyado. ganyan din ako sa dati kong company kung kelan ako ngpasa ng resignation saka ako iincrease and itataas position ko. aun ngresign pa din ako.

Ang alam ko kasi sir makakapagdemand ka kung my certificates ka or pde din sa Evaluation mo bilang employee and also recomendation of your supervisor. Pero nasa sau pa din yan kung gusto mo mgstay.

Provincial rate siguro sir kaya ganyan, kung around manila ka, double yan, triple or baka 5x pa..
much better kung abroad ka na kung kaya mo sir .... and take some certification, kahit A+, CCNA, or depende sa path na gusto mo.. dun talaga magboboost ang skills and of course salary nating mga IT...

Plan ko po mag take ng CCNA 200-125 this year, pero nabasa ko na ang certificate ay valid only for 3 years...
Sobrang mahal po ng exam.. kelangan po ba magbayad ng ganun kalaki each time mag renew?

PS: Kung may advise po kau na maganda certificates for ITs.

Diba 100 meters ang maximum length ng UTP para sa LAN, ilang 100 meters na UTP ang kaya neto sa LAN. before nung nasa transcription company pa ako.. gamit ko ccproxy pati ims andun kitang kita ko..kaso lng invading privacy na yan... regarding usb blocking pwede mo gawin yan via group policy
