Guys help naman, yung ACER laptop ng tita ko will only work when plugged in. If not, the laptop won't turn on at all. Is it possible that the battery is the issue? I tried looking for resolution online but I'm seeing different answers. I hope I can get a clearer picture here. Thank you!

Mostly sa ganyang problem, Battery ang problem nyan, pero before ka mag decide na umorder online or bumili ng battery, advice ko sayo na dalhin mo sa Trusted Service Providers para ma-diagnose ng mabuti ang laptop ng tita mo, or if possible naman kung may mahihiraman ka na same unit ng sa tita mo, try mo battery nun kung gagana, edi battery nga problem...hope makatulong...
ts, kung meron kang multi-tester, pwede mo i-check yun voltage ng battery, kung zero na ay dead battery na yan and consider buying a replacement, in buying, be sure na dalhin mo un laptop kasi minsan pag oem or class a battery ay hindi nadedetect ng laptop

tanggalin mo ang battery, tapos saka mo try buhayin. if gumana malamang na palitin na ang battery lalo kung 3 yrs old pataas na sya.
